After accepting payment up front, she cancelled half of my sessions and refused to speak to me about the reasons why, even after several requests. Furthermore, our sessions were very poor, much worse than therapists who charged the market rate in the Bay Area of $150/hour. It did not seem she had adequate training in basic psychotherapy and hypnotherapy, and she often made outlandish claims in our sessions which made me uncomfortable.
