I was also kind of annoyed that they wanted to charge me for a copy of my X-rays, but since I will be going back I suppose I can deal with it.

My only regret is that I did go to him a year and half ago when all my dental woes began. Long story short I was unhappy with how my teeth were looking I did research online looking for a top ranked cosmetic dentists-I found one 2 miles from my house and for pure convenience I went there. I felt as if the Doctor just saw dollar signs when I walked in. She told me Invisalign was my best option which was 5,600, I was desperate for better looking teeth and agreed to it. While examining my teeth she discovered a hairline crack in the back of a crown and said 2 back teeth looked infected. She sent me to an Endodontist to see if the two root canals could be saved. He took an ex-ray and said the 2 root canals could not be saved and that the roots needed to be extracted and after the 5 minute visit I was charged 500 bucks for this great news. Off to a Periodontist for the extractions and bone chips in my gum in order to get implants a year later. Brutal super expensive procedure. Finally was able to start Invisalign 9 months later we finished and there was improvement but i still was not happy with my smile. My long time general dentist recommended porcelain crowns for 16k the cosmetic dentist that did the Invaslign recommended some veneers more $$$$. With my daughters wedding looming ahead I needed to do something and wanted a second opinion I had heard about Dr. George from my sister and mother-who love him. I said let me make an appointment with him and see what he recommends. I was bracing myself for another big expense but desperately wanted my teeth to look nicer for my daughter's wedding. I walked into his office which is warm and cozy. Deb at the front desk is very warm and welcoming and bonus points some nice Eagle's music in the background. Deb took me back I explained all my dental travails to Dr St George. He examined my teeth he said he was going to use a high speed drill with pumice stone around it less than 10 minutes later he told me to take a look at my teeth- I was STUNNED my teeth were so much whiter and looked so much better I could hardly believe my eyes. He explained that as teeth get dull and stained from coffee or red wine the light doesn't reflect well off of them. He told me why he prefers bleach to Zoom because the results from Zoom can be gone in 2 days. Anyhow I check out and pay $150, UNREAL. Seeing my hairdresser costs me more. I am still in shock and disbelief he could have literally bludgeoned me as the wedding is 3 weeks out and I would have done whatever he recommended. He is honest he has integrity a fantastic personality and I am switching over to his practice. He gave me back my smile I could never thank him enough. That's why I had to put my gratitude out there.
