She even remembered me months later after my whole ordeal. I suggest paying attention when you are in line to make things go as fast as possible to reduce the wait time. 1. Make sure your devices are off but also ready to be proven they are off. 2. Choose clothing that either has limited or no pockets you will have to prove they are empty. 3. Have 2 forms of identification I was able to to use my drivsea license and my birth certificate. I used my marriage licence to be able to use my maiden name to take the test. *I had issues with my name change. I went through customer service and they have yet to change my name to my married name in their system and it's been 4 months. 4. Be able to push your selves up easily. Test wise the computers did exactly what they needed to do. The instructions were clear and I went against the grain and marked the questions I knew for sure and went over them until I had enough marked that

I tried 3 new computers. they said it was my computer and not theirs system. Never returned the money couldn't even take the test. Worst customer service ever. I couldn't understand a word they spook either and the IT person had no idea what he was doing. I would recommend never use them.

Well my initial thoughts were not even close to how the test was run and how the Director presented the results to us. It was much worse. At one point I had to laugh because I couldn't believe that she actually thought what she was saying even made sense much less thinking that we were buying the load of crap. First of all. Who puts a shy 4th grade very shy girl who has ADD (both which were pointed out before the test and we were told that she would be placed in a room by herself). Come to find out that was not the case. She was the only child in a large room filled with High School students who were testing for their ACT. Secondly and it was at this point where I could no longer contain myself.. When she showed us the lovely charts where she was tested at her grade level in the various subjects. As we already knew she scored low. The Director then went onto explain that when tested at the Grade 5 and Grade 6 levels she prgressively got worse. I asked don't you mean Grade 3 and Grade 2? Thinking that they would test to find out where she actually placed. No the Grade 5&6 are correct and then started some song and dance all the while using a tone that I am not qualified to question their testing method. I let her finish. When I asked why would you test up when clearly she was struggling where she was. Isn't the object of the testing to find out what her baseline is so they can begin tutoring from that point? This was met with cold stare and silence. I then said that scoring in this matter is totally inaccurate no matter how you look at it. In doing it this way skews the median making the final score much lower on the. "Whats normal" range. I then excused myself. What really topped it all was getting a call a few days later asking if they could set up the times she will be attending.

My son is challenged with slower processing speeds and difficulty with his working memory. The program targets those weaknesses by practicing many procedures which help strengthen those areas and others, such as reasoning skills and audio processing. Working that brain in a rigorous training program is a great solution for kids and adults challenged with these types of deficits. This is not a tutoring program, it is a life skills program!
