So, when prompted to provide feedback, I shared what happened. I I didn't ask for my money back, I didn't ask for them to pay for the damage. All I did was share what happened. Their response was to terminate services, leaving me stranded without child care. This speaks to poor professionalism on many levels.

Everything on the contact form and the auto-response email I received said my city on it. The email contained the name of my city 4 times. When they responded, they told me that they don't do tutoring in my city, that I have to come to their location. That they don't list their location on their website so that people don't think they have a location in my city. What?! That doesn't make any sense. If you have to go to their location, then they should list their address online. Also their marketing person told our school that they do in home tutoring which again isn't true because you have to go to their location. Can't recommend a tutoring service that doesn't disclose this important information online. Will try another tutor who knows their location and doesn't mislead you to think they will come to your home or meet you in your own city.
