Would highly recommend this location. My daughter who is in 4th grade is struggling with math and was behind with just the basics. This place worked very hard to get my daughter to master the lessons she was behind on. Very pleased with the outcome and will keep her enrolled here even for the summer. Shaun and his team are awesome! My daughter loves coming here and she never feels like it's a task coming here. She enjoys it and she enjoys learning from her teachers each time. So sorry I don't remember some of the names but everyone is great so far! read more

My son is struggling with math he's going into the fourth grade and they make him feel so comfortable with asking questions and building mentorship's and relationships with fellow peers and instructors. It's only his second day but he could NOT WAIT to go. Definitely looking forward to seeing his confidence build and skills. Thank you Mathnasium ! read more

Super nice helpful staff. A bit pricey but worth it. Very organized. I'm happy with this place

These people are liars, my sons went here for the entire summer and ended up worse off than they were already, as a single mother I am outraged and demand a refund. read more

We love coming here! Our early elementary son has excelled here and raised his standardized test scores significantly in this guided and well planned curriculum. read more

Mathnasium is highly recommended and encouraged! My daughter has been going to Mathnasium for about six months and I am very pleased at her results I knew going into 10th grade I wouldn't be able to help her with algebra two so I wanted to set her up for success and every dollar has been worth it. It's definitely an investment that you're making into your child's life and a special thanks to Sean that goes above and beyond to make sure my daughter feels supported. read more

Let me just say that this program, this location is everything it is, because of the director Chase. Chase is an extraordinary leader and has been an incredible asset assisting our son Quentin in his math development. His commitment to the development of the children who are attending is unparalleled. CCSD and any Charter school would be better served with this man leading. Thank you Chase for all you have done. Our family cherishes you and your commitment to bettering our children. read more

My daughter goes here and it's a huge help!! Chase is awesome and always bends over backwards for us! I highly recommend!

Probably like many out there, my kids have had a difficult time staying on top of their academics during the pandemic. I have a daughter going into 10th grade next year and another going into 7th. Although the schools have done the best that they could during this Covid craziness...I don't think it will surprise any parent to learn that in general, there is a lot of academic ground for kids to make up. And that's where Mathnasium comes in! :) The manager Chase (Rhodes Ranch location) and all the amazing people who work for Mathnasium do a great job of helping today's kids meet and exceed the scholastic challenges in math. Whether it's learning new skills, honing old ones, or having help with homework - they've got you covered! My younger daughter started at Mathnasium in the middle of the first semester last year because she felt she was struggling to learn math online with her class. After a couple of months, my daughter became much more comfortable and confident with math. Enter the high schooler... She was determined to learn math on her own through the online curriculum last year and she tried mightily to understand it, but to no avail. After enrolling her as well, my high schooler has become a lot more comfortable in her ability to do math - including honing skills that she should have mastered in middle school but hadn't. She is beginning to enjoy doing math like she did years ago, because her confidence has grown so much! Mathnasium has also saved my daughter's best friends (one of which who failed every since class in her first semester of high school with distance learning) and helped pull her back up again. My girls are looking forward to advancing their skills with Mathnasium through next year too! P.S. I should have written this a long time ago - but better late than never. :) read more

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. I just signed my son up but so far his first session he learned a lot. He enjoys coming here and it's in a very convenient location. read more

This place exceeded my expectations and did a great job teaching my son math for his college placement exam. CCSD failed my son completely and his math skills were very bad going into 12th grade. They got him up to speed in 10 1-hour sessions, basically teaching him 4 years of math in 10 hours. THANK YOU ALEX AND THE WHOLE STAFF!!! Well worth every penny spent!! read more

Thank you Mathnasium! My 8 year old granddaughter made so much improvement after 3 months of tutoring. I also noticed that its' like a family atmosphere , everybody knows each other. Great instructors, they are friendly and knowledgeable . Laura, the manager is so patient and accommodating. So glad I'd known you. Thanks again. Grandma D read more

I took my sixteen year old here and she's having trouble doing multilevel Calculus because she wants to accelerate her skills in all areas but math is my daughter's main focal point. My husband and I were thrilled after reading so many great reviews regarding manager, Chase Watson, and is in fact one of the best tutors I have ever been given the blessing of being in the presence of. To be honest, if you're not picking Chase, I have no mercy for your child's failing in class. Enough said, parents please make the right choice. read more

Mathnasium at Rhodes Ranch has been an important part of our life throughout our daughter's high school math classes. Her success has been a direct result of a lot of hard work between her and all of the tutors. Some of the things I really liked: skilled tutors and a relaxed atmosphere. Everyone has been so nice - Alex, Laurie, Laura and several of the tutors she worked with on a regular basis. I like the open hours and convenient location. I also appreciated them being open on the weekends so she could catch up if the week days got too busy to go. I highly recommend Mathnasium at Rhodes Ranch and cannot say enough good things about them!! read more

I have a 5th grade daughter that struggles with math. Before enrolling in Mathnasium of Rhodes Ranch, we would spend our evenings in a stressful state trying to work through homework she didn't understand. Her math grade at the time of enrollment was a D. She was quickly losing confidence in the subject and saying that she hated math. We needed help! We were so lucky to find Alex and the amazing staff at M of RR! The system is so supportive, with flexible scheduling and drop-in sessions, it was perfect for our busy family. My favorite part is that the teachers help her complete her homework too! (No more stressful nights!) When she attends on weekends or when she doesn't have any homework, she is working on different areas of math that she needs to improve upon, based on her Mathnasium assessments. I am a teacher and I am not sure what the secret is to this math magic they are serving up at M of RR, but I am so thankful that we found them! After 5 months of enrollment, my daughter enjoys attending, has more confidence with math and has an A on her report card this semester! We highly recommend M of RR! Thank you for your time, patience and positivity Alex and staff! read more

I am a student at UNLV and have been going to Mathnasium for a little over two months now. Lori and Alex are absolutely amazing and have worked around my schedule so that I could fit in my tutoring into my busy scheduled. They always showed support and interest in how I was progressing. Alexis was my tutor for the two months and cannot explain how much she helped me in these past two months. She broke everything down for me and would use visuals since I am a visual learner. If I did not understand something she would find a different way to explain or show how to approach the problems. Alexis didn't just teach me how to do math problems, she showed me how to view them in everyday form. She helped me see and understand how to look at math problems and break them down the most easiest way possible. I needed a score of 150 I passed my major exam with a 182. read more

We searched high and low for Math help that worked. Laura and her team at Mathnasium RR went above and beyond to help our daughter excel in math. Not only did she go from D/C to A/B range ,but her national percentile rank improved immensely. As a 4th grader she placed on 7th grade in computation. This happened in just a year!!! We couldn't have asked for a better team investing in our child's growth. It was never a chore or dreaded visit when we dropped her off daily. She grew confident and happy, thanks to Mathnasium. Math is no longer a taboo subject in our home. Sign up today and see the results yourself. Best investment, EVER! read more

My daughter has truly gone from struggling with and dreading her math classes to excelling in Bishop Gorman Honors math year after year (& Honor Roll too). Her homework & test scores are way up since she started here. The instructors are amazing and extremely knowledgeable at all levels. Thank you for all that you all do!! read more

This place is a gem!! Both of my kids have attended Mathnazium and to see the growth and progress that they have made in just a short period of time is amazing! They both have improved tremendously. Alex and his team go above and beyond to help students achieve their goal and excel in math. Everyone is professional and caring. They also use motivation and a very special kind of an individualized reward system that keeps the students excited to come back. I would like to thank Alex and all the wonderful teachers for their dedication and excellent work in helping my kids to excel in school! read more

Mathnasium at Rhodes Ranch is a wonderful center. Our son struggled to maintain his grades in Algebra II. He was frustrated and would spend hours studying just to get an average grade. After attending just one session, our son had a better attitude towards math and learned shortcuts and "tricks" not taught in his classroom. He now has an A average and looks forward to his sessions. Thank you, Rhodes Ranch Mathnasium for your wonderful instructors and staff! read more

My son did not learn the math skills he should have learned in middle school. He was not prepared when he went to high school. Before he started at Mathnasium in Rhodes Ranch last school year, he had failed his first math test. After going to Mathnasium for one week, he got a B on the next test and went from an F to a C in the class. In one week! Three test later, he got 100% on a test and had a B in his Geometry class. My son had classmates going to him for help with their math. From struggling to tutoring after a month at Mathnasium! It was awesome! The tutors teach in a way YOUR child will understand. His confidence skyrocketed, and he begin doing even better in other subjects, also. We think Mathnasium is great and worth every dollar paid. We see young kids in there, and I wish we had enrolled him sooner. read more

Outstanding service for a fair price! I take college level math classes with a high level of difficulty and Mathnasium got me through it! I could not be happier! The teachers/instructors were patient, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. In fact, I had such a good experience, I'll probably retain this information! :) read more

AWESOME team at Mathnasium - Summerlin & Rhodes Ranch. My daughter is starting middle school, and has been going to Mathnasium since November 2016. We started at Summerlin, then recently moved, and are now closer to Rhodes Ranch (same owners). She had A's in Math throughout 5th grade, and even won a $100 cash reward in their drawing for students scoring 90 or higher on school math tests. Students also earn stamp cards to turn in for rewards. The rewards are really cool stuff and not cheap junk. Stamp cards can be saved for bigger rewards, however my kid uses every card on food. Anyway, the instructors take a genuine interest in her. They guide her to solve problems in ways that she understands. They help with homework. This makes life easier because teaching math at home was no fun, and definitely not easy, as my patience is limited. The instructors are patient; they encourage and teach with kindness. The owners and directors are courteous, very responsive, and accommodating. Huge THANKS -- you guys are AWESOME at what you do! read more

I realize this place is geared toward younger children, but if you are genuinely struggling, no matter what grade or age you are, this is such a beneficial place to go. I'm a student at UNLV and I was in dire need of a calculus tutor and after just one session with their private calc tutor, all of my questions were answered and I immediately felt more confident. He took the time to explain everything to me and when it took me a couple times to understand and concept he didn't get frustrated and instead tried a different way of explaining. I would also love to commend Alex Estrella for outstanding customer service-I've never met someone so happy, enthusiastic, helpful, and kind in the Las Vegas valley. Although I was only able to complete one session, I would give this place 10 stars if possible. That being said, if their tutors could help me understand calculus, I'm more than confident they could help your child understand any grade level of math, or you yourself if you were looking to seek help with higher level math. Although a bit pricey at about $75 for a private session, I think every penny is worth it. read more
