My children love it.... most of the time. They enjoy the free time, and extra activities from…read moresports, to drama, to free time in the park. They dont always enjoy the homework hour, but I DO!!. They capture an hour or so of studying, that would take us 2-3 hrs at home, with a lot more arguing and tears. Our child was pretty behind her class in her curriculum skills 3 yrs ago. But from her hard work throughout, and plenty of guidance and help from Mrs Mumpta, and Mrs Kay, shes caught up and then some. Besides the public speaking, extra music lesson options, ease of transportation from school, cooperative costs, they really capture many aspects under one roof, with my greatest value in the curriculum management and individual guidance. While there are certainly many options, and different fits for all, we quickly and gladly give a big recommendation to Positive Ally.

Right after school, and after a snack, my son is doing with his homework; he also has accessed to an individualized program that allows him to deepen specific notions and subjects. He also has accessed to sports activities that change every 8 weeks and a personal development curriculum that includes public speaking curriculum and group debates. The team is very welcoming and friendly. The Team is very attentive to the students and parents. It has been so obvious how much they truly care for every kid. The state of the property can only be described as "magical". The children have the opportunity to play and learn outside, gardening, taking care of animals, and learning real-life skills through play. Our son has grown academically, learning to read and write...as well as just as a person - learning patience, sharing, regulating his emotions, etc. They also focus on healthy foods and habits and teaching a good foundation for how to take of your body and the earth. Something that matters a lot to me in addition to all the other things is cleanliness. The property inside and out is extremely well cared for and safe. All kids wash their hands on arrival and many times throughout the day - and they always keep parents in the loop if something is "going around". My kid was reluctant to go to swimming classes after a long break but when I told her Ms Audrey will be taking the classes, she readily agreed. Ms Audrey is punctual, engaging and very friendly. She deals with the kids very patiently and is aware of their skill levels hence teaching them as per their needs. My kid has learnt a lot with her and is confident in getting into water. The pool is clean and warm enough that my kid has never complained about the water being cold. Sufficient parking is available.

Our family has had two very different experiences at Kinderswimmer…read more My son was enrolled here for several years. Because the classes are only 30 minutes and shared among four children, it took some time (multiple years) for him to become a fully independent swimmer, but he did eventually get there. His instructors, especially Ms. Jada, were core to his success and we loved her. Unfortunately, the quality declined significantly by the time my daughter started. The facility seems to be facing high staff turnover, resulting in frequent class cancellations. When substitute teachers were brought in, they often appeared undertrained and disengaged. The turning point for us was a severe SAFETY INCIDENT that led to our immediate withdrawal. During a lesson, a substitute instructor remained in the shallow end with her back turned while my daughter was noticeably struggling in the deep end. This was not the first time I had witnessed an instructor positioning themselves poorly or failing to scan the pool. Despite another parent also shouting to get the instructor's attention, she did not respond. I ULTIMATELY HAD TO JUMP INTO THE POOL FULLY CLOTHED TO RESCUE MY DAUGHTER. Following the incident, the instructor never acknowledged what happened or checked on my daughter's well-being. Management did not contact me until I emailed them to withdraw and request a full refund. To their credit, the owners processed the refund without question and attempted to call me to discuss the matter. They also offered me a month of free lessons and tried to assure me the issue had been addressed with the teacher. However, there is no acceptable explanation for an instructor completely ignoring swimmers or standing on the wrong side of the pool. While I appreciate management's immediate response, safety and trust cannot be bought back with a credit.
