The administration, teachers, curriculum and the center itself are all impeccable. Each morning we come in, either Ms Tammy or Ms Shavodka give us a warm greeting, and most of my son's classmates call his name when he comes in. The curriculum is awesome, and it delves much further than the core competencies of most toddler programs. Our son is also enrolled in Music and Phonics, and I can tell a difference in his pronunciations already! Ms Latoria is extremely good at what she does! Early on, my husband and I were hesitant, because our son is our only child; I'm so glad we chose Kindercare in Bartlett! They're caring, and he's learning. This experience has been great for all of us.

They do not have proper solutions on how to support parents with children that may have challenging behaviors. The solution that they do have in place is not affective and does not aid in, helping that child. Some teachers are great with children, others are just there to say they have a job. I have observed on several occasions, not having proper supervision during breakfast times as well as day to day activities such as outside play. The children have more free play versus structured play or planned activities. They do not assist or aid children who need extra help verbally or with activities that they can't quiet do like the other children. They show favoritism to certain children who are more cooperative. The daycare Director says she's helping but is not. The assistant Director is wonderful and should be the Director instead. If you are looking for childcare with trained and knowledgeable teachers, exciting and educational activities and overall support 10 out of 10 I do not recommend this center. Need more training and staff who can better support all families and children.
