They offer a No-Risk assessment but they don't disclose that it will cost you $98 until you get there.

Tutoring Club, however, was very inclusive and accommodating from the start. I have the highest regard for Anil and his son, who run this center. They are soft-spoken, humble, polite, and--most importantly--very understanding and flexible. Before joining, both of my kids had difficulties with comprehension and writing. While it took some time, the dedicated tutors at Tutoring Club made a real difference. Their efforts helped strengthen my kids' reading and writing skills, which clearly showed in their most recent CAASPP scores. I credit the Tutoring Club for this progress. If you're looking for a tutoring center that is not only effective but also INCLUSIVE and supportive, Tutoring Club is truly worth exploring. I would recommend them anytime, to anyone.

The owner Anil is the greatest when it comes to making the kids feel welcomed and seen and he's great with communicating with the parents. Both kids have always been tutored for math, and just recently I reached out to see if Tutoring Club tutors chemistry - and they do! Anil and team, thank you for giving the kids confidence in their subjects as they navigate through the San Ramon school system. I am grateful to have you help the kids with things I know I can't do and I'm blessed to be able to lean on you guys with helping my kids.

This review is for the Huntington Learning Center in Pleasanton…read more My child was falling behind on her subjects in 5th grade. She was assessed at Huntington and we learned that she was a grade level or more behind on certain subjects. We knew that she needed additional support to get up to speed prior to the start of 6th grade. Mona provided a clear action plan to address my child's needs. We were provided a set number of hours that was an estimation of the time needed for my child to catch up to her grade level. We would meet up with Mona every 4-6 weeks to see the progress our daughter was making. We will see the scores our daughter achieved on different subjects. We would also discuss the focus of the upcoming weeks. The improvement was gradual in the beginning. Once my daughter got used to the process and routine, we saw dramatic improvement in her grades. Even her attitude towards learning has greatly improved! Mona mentioned that confidence on the subject matter is what really contributes to the success of a student. As my daughter gained more confidence in her work, we can clearly see that she began having a much more positive attitude about learning. We owe our daughter's success to Hunting Learning Center. Thank you!

I ended up signing up for the bridge the gap program and writing program. It was advertised for 30 hours. It's a week program - and when you sign up - I signed up for 9-12 ( 3 hours)--- so I figured the "30 hours" was for 2 weeks. I will show screen shots. The business owner told me when signing up to give my sons email. Days before -- no email on what to bring. I messaged Anshika, the business owner and asked her what to bring. She said no need to bring anything -- and that the class is now 9:30-11:30. So class is cut down 1 hour. This weeks class is only 4 days - which would mean it's 8 hours of instruction. She explained that most kids can not sit that long and that her teachers are highly qualified and that we are paying a cheap price for what we are getting. She said she would give us the extra hour for free-- even though our receipt indicates the class is 9-12. $335 is not cheap for a 4 day class. First day of class- we are the only participants in this class. We are told that my son has huge gaps and that his writing is messy. 2nd day - I mention that he does have adhd but he has ok grades. He is not disruptive and he is willing to learn. 30- 45 mins later - I get a call that because I am unsatisfied with the program that she will credit me and that I can pick up my son at anytime. She said they are not equipped to teach someone who has adhd and to mention it on Yelp. I was credited my full amount for both classes that I signed up. I do not recommend this business. They have highly qualified teachers that are not willing to teach someone who has learning gaps per the owner. The owner should not be in customer service.

She breaks things down algorithmically and gives practical real-world problem statements that help students truly understand how to apply what they're learning. Tutoring in the Bay is usually very expensive (I've tutored for $100/hr in the bay) but the director here takes all that into consideration with great attention to detail to your children's educational needs. I tutored AP biology, chemistry, physics, calculus, and SAT and ACT at many places across the East Bay, including Pleasanton, Mountain View, and San Ramon. Keypoint in Dublin, by far, had the most capable director that understood both the needs of the tutors and that of the students. The director pays attention to the quality of materials presented to the students, but he is not overbearing. He prepares a lot of the materials himself for the students. Some places in Mountain View just had awful directors with transactional manners, and some places in Pleasanton just leave it all to the tutors with little to no followup from the directors. But the director of this institute cares-- a lot--and it shows. The tutors here always come prepared. Every tutor is interviewed personally by the director, after having to pass written examinations to verify their aptitude. I hear after Covid, many of the services have moved Online. There are pros and cons with that, but the kids are still getting that same quality of education at the comfort of their own homes, and frankly, I'd prefer that if I were the student. When I have children, I would want to send my kids to this place (that is, unless I'm teaching them myself.)
