Finding care for such a young baby is surprisingly tough in the Dublin area, but Lena was so kind and thoughtful, she helped us transition our son to daycare seamlessly. Lena worked with us to establish a good nap schedule for our baby, she makes healthy and delicious home cooked food for the kids, and she offers the best advice for first time parents. Lena celebrates each child's birthday and the level of attention and care that children receive here is above and beyond! Lena also teaches our son Russian and we love that he has the chance to learn an additional language. Our little boy has a huge smile on his face whenever he sees Lena. There are various camps offered here based on age and obviously the child's preferences :) My very reserved child keeps begging to go there even on weekends! His camp class teacher, Miss Edna is the most patient teacher I've met :) Literally takes time out to make each student comfortable doing each activity :) And still manages to flash her big smile at the end of the day! Last but not the least, a big shout out to their Assistant Director, Miss Karishma! She makes sure she knows each child by their name and remembers their specific camp and even their dietery choices! Very detail oriented and prompt with answers, should you have any questions. She's very accommodating in every way possible. Before deciding, I was able to take a tour, which made me feel comfortable right away. The space is clean, welcoming, and well organized. One of my favorite features was the SproutAbout app. It gave me so much peace of mind. I could see where my child was throughout the day, when she napped, what snacks and lunch she had, and even her engagement and playtime with other kids. That level of communication really helped me feel secure knowing she was doing well. The teachers were wonderful, very kind and caring. Miss Kristina stood out in particular; she was happy, joyful, and always willing to answer any questions I had. I also appreciated the hours, which worked perfectly with our work schedule, and the convenient location. Security was solid, and I loved that my daughter had plenty of indoor and outdoor playtime. Finding a quality day care for you first child is not an easy task.  After about a year of our…read morechild going to an in home day care we realized she was not being challenged and engaged enough at the small day care and decided to find something that would provide her with more structure.  After much searching, multiple facility visits we decided that Little Butterflies was the best fit for our toddler.  The facility is spotless and well equipped.  The staff is very friendly and great with the kids.  Our daughter looks forward to school every morning and upon picking up, always comes home with a smile from ear to ear.  Not only is the staff wonderful, and the facility immaculate, but they also provide the structure and curriculum that our daughter needed.  As parents, we are kept up to date as to what the class will be doing/learning throughout the month.  They engage the kids in some great projects and themed days, and they utilize an app which provide me up to date information on diaper changes, meals, naps and daily photos of how she is doing.  The system/process they have in place along with the amazing staff and level of care really out shines any other facility I visited in the Dublin/Pleasanton area and the choice was easy.  Highly recommend Little Butterflies for quality care and peace of mind.

My wife and I explored several daycares before we came across Michelle's place, and from the moment we walked in, we felt an instant connection. The warm and inviting atmosphere made it clear that this was where we wanted our one and only child, Zoey, to be. Zoey took to Michelle right away and happily explored her new surroundings. It was pretty remarkable, considering how shy she was at the time! Michelle and her team truly pour their hearts into caring for the children, showing genuine passion for helping them thrive. We are consistently impressed by the curriculum, structured environment, and the creativity that Dublin Garden Academy offers. And Zoey absolutely adores Grandma Lisa, or "Abu" as she calls her; sometimes, she even gets a bit emotional at pickup or mentions her at home! It's been wonderful to watch Zoey blossom at Dublin Garden Academy, and we're thrilled with Zoey's progress in communication, social skills, emotional development, and physical growth. My son went to this daycare for about a year in 2023. Our experience was a mixed bag…read more The good - It's my son's first daycare and he had a relatively smooth start here. Michelle and her crew are experienced, and they did create a cheerful environment for the kids. The bad - Sloppy day-to-day operations, or so we suspect at least. We could only speculate because the daycare was never open-door to parent visits (aside from the after-hour tour before we enrolled), but there were clear signs: (1) after the final checkout we found our son's steel mug missing, and it sounded like the crew didn't even remember seeing it - makes us wonder how they manage each kid's personal items. (2) Apparently, kids get to watch TV the last hour-ish before pickup every day. When we asked about this, Ms Michelle was 100% unapologetic. ("If you have concerns with that, I can totally arrange for your kid to stay in another room before pickup.") The ugly - The tuition uses a monthly rate without any adjustments for days off, and in December 2023, they're open for a whopping total of FOUR days - which isn't great, but nothing unethical I think, as they did share the calendar beforehand. We happen to be traveling the entire December, so we gave the 30-day notice for an end-of-November checkout. To our surprise, this was considered by Michelle an unfair (?) attempt to circumvent the December rip-off, and she insisted that we receive 5 fewer days of care in November. She would also go out of her way and type a "holiday notice" customized just for us. For context, the schedule has a 5-day off for Thanksgiving that's moved to December instead, and the daycare's open for the week of Thanksgiving. We were given a customized fake schedule that says they're closed during that week. We happened to be traveling, too, so it wasn't a huge issue, but the shady practice and bad attitude by Michelle did leave a bad taste. No, Ms Michelle, you can't claim people are "taking unfair advantages" when all they do is try to stick to YOUR established schedule. The care provided during Thanksgiving week was part of your schedule, simply as that and not a "benefit" that you selectively bestow only to those paying $2,000 for 4 days of care in the next month.
