Very unprofessional. My ex wife gets parent education every month. This is not extended to me. They hire incompetent people. My insurance notified Helping Hands that the technician giving my son his ABA therapy was not qualified and gave Helping Hands one year to get her qualified. Since this technician did not update her qualifications my insurance company stopped payment and my child did not receive treatment for six months. Avoid this group. I am about to pull the financial plug and demand my ex-wife to get a group that is responsive to my needs.
