On my Meazure Learning Scheduling Confirmation Notice (Admission Ticket), the reporting time was 08:45 AM. I arrived in the parking lot about 8:35 AM. There were plenty of parking spots. Around 8:40 AM, I headed into the building and took the elevator up to the 4th Floor. I followed the signs to RIRAL Testing Center. The proctor was helping someone at the moment so she told me to go to the waiting room. The waiting room was 2 doors down. Once the proctor was ready for the next check-in, she went to the waiting room to grab the next person. I submitted my confirmation notice to the proctor. She checked my current, government-issued photo identification (ID) with signature (driver's license), verified the exam I was taking, verified I was not permitted to have any reference items, let me choose a locker to put my car keys in, asked me to roll up my jeans to show my ankle and asked to see my ears, and then walked me to the exam room. She inputted some information in the computer and then I was off to take the exam. The proctor informed me that the room is being recorded, raise my hand if I have any questions, and wished me luck. During the exam, she would walk in and see how we were doing. After submitting my exam, I got up and the proctor returned to shut down the computer. I checked out and grabbed my car keys from the locker. There were about 7 other people taking their exam with me, but each cubicle is spacious. Taking the electronic exam at RIRAL Testing Center was seamless from parking, checking-in, and checking-out with the proctor. The desktop and keyboard were good. I didn't use the restroom, but the restroom was by the elevators and a key needs to be used.

They should go to NH,Maine or CT and watch how they do their rotations. It seems there are plenty of employees in the back that could be prepping the bins to go out on a regular basis. Every time I've been there's a few rotations with no real schedule. Sometimes 45 minutes, sometimes 3 hours. From the looks of the Shop Goodwill site, the workers are busier picking through and pricing up things for the online store instead of just offering them to regular customers who come to hunt for a bargain in the bins. Much nicer staff and management at other Goodwill locations - honestly, why do they call it Goodwill when the workers seem like they don't like their jobs or the customers?

The clothing bins were truly hit or miss, lots of over picked fast fashion brands. The store associates that I interacted with were friendly and knowledgeable about the store. I have been working with Liz over the past year during an extremely difficult and transitional time…read morein my life. I felt completely overwhelmed, lost, scared, and static. I came to her feeling like a shell of myself, not knowing what to do. From the beginning of working with her, she immediately made me feel safe, heard, and at peace. At times, I felt like my issues were too much, too much for her to even take in, but that anxiety completely went away with her comfort and understanding. Through her healing using brain integration, I have not only been able to cope with the recent traumatic events in my life, but also navigate through major depression and helplessness. Additionally, her healing sessions have had positive physical effects on my body - I no longer suffer from acid reflux and stomach ulcers, which I have had for over 25 years. I am currently in menopause and my joint pain symptoms have improved, and my insomnia has decreased. There aren't words that can express how thankful I am for her healing and care. Also, I live on the West Coast of the United States, so we work remotely. Energy healing works! Liz is proof.

The one caveat I'd say is you kinda have to know what you want: This isn't a hospital or slick business operation where you make an appointment with a receptionist, get measurements by a technician, have them sent off to the doctor, and have a grad student come back and go over the results with you then follow the doctor's treatment plan. These are two geeky guys totally fascinated with the human brain (willing to try some of the more out there stuff if you request it), operating everything themselves (in-between the time they're not reading about the brain) out of a residential house, who are with you start to finish. I decided to work with them after reading how neurofeedback could, in Sebern Fisher's words, "calm the fear-driven brain". I feel respected as a peer, never labeled or talked down to. Larry, whom I work with most frequently, is easy-going and works creatively with an impressive array of neurofeedback equipment. Larry and Paul have worked in this field for decades, and use not only classic neurofeedback but also LENS (Low energy neurofeedback system), Neurofield, HeartMath, Z-score training, ILS and more. I personally recommend starting with a qEEG so you can follow your progress with an amazingly detailed brain map as a baseline comparison. You won't regret it!
