I called three other bailbond companies in the area prior to calling Hilltop and was made to feel stupid and belittled. One told me my car was worthless collateral while laughing at my situation. The others said I was too far away and "good luck finding some one who will take this." I was hung up on by ALL three. At this point I was a hysterical crying mess and confused as to why I was being treated so poorly. I called Hilltop next, expecting the same attitude as the last three and got the exact opposite. The man on the other end of the line was calm, cool and professional. His tone immediately calmed me down as he was trying to solve my problem. This man went out of his way to help me when nobody else would. He went above and beyond what I ever could have hoped for. He's the ONLY reason my boyfriend isn't sitting in jail still. I recommend over any other bondsman. Professional, courteous, intelligent, to the point, compassionate, knowledgeable, and I could list many other qualities. I appreciate you!

We'll we called roundtree and he could have just said no I'm not working today, that would have been fine. But no instead of being upfront and honest he had to jerk us around all day. He Said he needed collateral, ok fine I worked it out. I never got a call back I had to make all the calls to find out updates and then he just stopped answering completely. So as long as your not having an issue on a holiday I'm sure he is worth something. However I called Symonds bond and he was amazing he wrote 3 bonds in an hour and a half. He was a gentleman from the start. He obviously has his stuff together, cause he didn't even need any collateral. If you ever need a bonds man call symonds he is great. Ecopest comes when they say they will, and does the job. They promise that if you see live roaches within 30 days of the treatment, they will come back gratis, and they do. (To be fair, they ask that you wait two weeks to give the product a chance to work). I recommend you do as we have done and sign up for their quarterly treatment - it cuts the cost significantly and keeps ahead of the little bug***s. Also recommend you tell them where you're seeing the bugs (closets, which rooms, dishwasher etc.) as it helps them do the best job on your behalf.

John came out and gave an assessment and a quote. He was very honest and said it would take several months to see the real results. Gainesville Pest is reasonably priced especially for the service that they provide. We are very happy with our choice and would recommend Gainesville Pest Control to anyway wanting a great lawn.
