First thing they answer the phone so kindly and ask the right questions. They have full transparency pricing. They fixed our air in a day by replacing our compressor. When we took it home that night it wasn't working quite right, so they took it right back and even loaned us a car! They had it back to us the next day and it's working perfectly now. We look forward to using Tom's in the future and recommending anyone else to go there. They were kind, honest, efficient- can't ask for more than that.

April and her staff did an excellent job with calls to give me an estimate, confirm diagnosis, search alternative suppliers to lower cost, estimate when work would be done etc. They are friendly, efficient and COMPETENT! The work was finished sooner than promised, cost was less than the original estimate (and less than other shops estimates), and best of all the truck ran great from the start! (no need to take it back to fix the fix.) A remarkably painless.... dare I say pleasurable customer experience........ and at auto repair shop! Incredible!! I have found my go-to guys! Jim Alpi

Battery: dead Schedule: busy…read moreAvailability to take car to dealer: no Mobile service needed: yes Prymo did a fairly primo job for me. My car, like many cars that are on the market today, has tons of bells and whistles, so adding a battery means doing a reset and reprogram. Guess what? I don't have the tools or the knowledge on how to do that. Could I change a battery many years ago? Absolutely! Could I change a battery now? No way... That's why I needed someone with the tools, the know-how, and the availability. I put in a request via Yelp to get a project started, and Prymo was the first to respond and had availability the next morning. They sent a tech to my house, he quickly diagnosed that the battery had no charge left, even though I had a jump the day before, and he commenced replacement. I didn't have to do anything other than do what I usually do, which is work from home. Fast-forward a half-hour and the job was done. I had a new battery, the tech had reprogrammed everything to its proper state, and he was on his way. Prymo accepts debit and credit, though a credit card purchase will come with a 3% charge, which is very fair since that's what the banks stick to the business. It wasn't cheap, but most of the cost was in the actual battery itself, which came with a five-year warranty. Great response, simple to navigate and schedule, and the tech was professional and skilled. Great experience and highly recommend if you're in the same situation.

I'd say the faults are they aren't the best at getting back to you - I always have to call to check up on progress; and their waiting room is very limited (although I guess for the typical repairs they don't expect people to sit and wait).

I was told on the phone I could bring my car in to be looked at and get the muffler repaired if I could be there in 30 minutes which I was. I had to make a second call to ask a question before I headed over. I walked in. Enrique went right to work on my car. I tried to strike up some small talk with the owner sitting on the sofa in their waiting area but he never said hello or spoke to me. When the work was done 15 minutes later (a foot-long piece of pipe welded) the charge was $150 and as I pulled out my credit card they told me cash only! so my husband had to come over with some extra extra cash. They never apologized for not telling me about the cash only policy nor did they offer me a bottle of water on that very hot day I stood in the heat waiting for my husband to. I'm sure the work Enrique did was satisfactory but I have never been treated so rudely and would not recommend this place.
