They responded "Thanks, it will actually be a rush. I'll see what other responses I get in the morning. Thanks." Apparently they do not read well. Arrogant reply. Please send your business elsewhere. Thanks" I never used their services, and they never used mine, yet the owner decided to drive my reviews down. I also don't see how my reply was arrogant or rude in any way. I reached out to Mark to try to get clarity and hopefully get him to take down his review, but he never responded to my emails, so here we are. His was one of the better quotes and I probably would have used his service, since he was the first to respond, had I not found that one star review when I woke up this morning. Guess I dodged a bullet there.
