How are we suppose to just show up and hope there is not an hour wait? Not ideal but worse I've watched my two favorite stylists disappear and that's no good for any business who cannot keep quality staff! There's obviously a trashy noncompete clause at this place which ruins decent ethics. Combine that with the lack of rewards program and no way to make appointments, I've moved to Great Clips on the levey since last spring. I had to monitor the Google live traffic for near two weeks to avoid over an hour wait my last time. This is quite frustrating but I'm assuming it is just because of the Christmas family photo rush. I've been coming here over a year now and thankful to have a great spot with friendly staff who keeps track of hair styles and notes what notes we wrote last time. Ashley is, well was, fantastic! We seem to finally have figured out a cut that works for my head and hair after almost twelve months of trying various doos, struggle of partially curls, frizz, and thicker straight sides. Really nice to have fair pricing here too unlike some other places down the road that aim for Hollywood wallets. Everyone here is friendly and makes it real comfortable for all us guys. But alas the corporate junk and annoying lack of fair play has forced me elsewhere.

To be honest when I walked in it was so nice all I thought was well I'm here so I'll carry thru with it but I was constantly adding in my head how expensive it was going to be with every step she done because it was amazing. And then she hit me with less than $50 and I can't wait to come back! I believe the lady's name was Lindsey which I highly recommend. But I bet they're all great here!

I was reluctant to try The Grimm Trim due to the negative reviews I saw online. However, despite the bad reviews, I decided to give the shop a try because I work very close to the establishment and I read somewhere they were under new management. The one thing that you will notice immediately upon walking in the doorway is the stench of cigarette smoke. I didn't actually see anyone smoking but the the shop did reek of smoke. That is really my only gripe. The gentleman who cut my hair (Cindy was out on the day I visited) did a great job on my cut. He did exactly what I asked. My advice to the owners would be to clean up the shop and ban the smoking. Barbershops should feel clean (sanitary) and this one did not. However, I will likely visit this establishment again; unless I can find a cleaner alternative that is nearby.

(Not sure why; it's not that serious) I have lived in NYC, Chicago , ATL & other major cities that can accommodate their customers; I can't fathom what up with this small town hole in the wall... They NEVER open on time. I waited for Vic my barber; while the owner took 45 mins to show up. Don't try to get a cut on Sunday; you'll have to guess when they open or they just don't show up!
