With that being said it was time to get a new doctor . I found Dr Ware through my ins company website . His hours are great and are accommodating for a full time working mom . He was professional , friendly and made me feel comfortable . Updating as of 11/29/19 I've been very sick with a. Fever coughing Ect . I called to make a sick appt and was promptly told by Joyce there are no appointments and didn't even offer to have the dr call something in . I guess this is why more and more people seek out help from urgent cares bc regular office staff either wants to just go home or don't want to be bothered . The office staff is horrible !

When i called back, I was shunted to the service, who got me back to the office, who just took my number and said someone would get back to me. But they didn't take my name. I only went back to the practice at my fiance's suggestion.Perhaps that was a mistake. I could never get a message to Dr. Sanderson. The front office staff don't need to be working in a medical office. They need to be slicing cheese down at the Super-Fresh, and not the imported stuff either. Keep them away from the Finlandia.

The wait did take an hour, even though i was only 4th in line. There is complimentary coffee and water while you wait. The one thing about the waiting area is that everyone can hear your business because it's a small area. The doctor (John Cellucci) is an interesting character. He mumbles a lot so it's hard to understand and kind of goes through things quickly. I did make me feel like I were a burden when I asked a question. I get they were busy and probably needed to get through all patients in a timely manner. Chose this location because it was close on proximity to my house and to a pharmacy. My experience wasn't bad, but nothing grabbed my loaylty. Open to exploring other urgent cares in the future.

Some of the doctors are better and more attentive than others, and the rest of the staff is great and keep things running smoothly. The waiting room and exam rooms are comfortable - it's nice that they have TVs in each exam room to keep patients occupied while waiting to be seen. Overall, it's a good place to go when you're not feeling well and I love that it's so close to home.

They do not rush you in and out of hte office. Dr. Teano will spend as much time with you as is necessary. He actually listens to you. His staff is both friendly and courteous and always willing to go that extra mile to see that you get what you need. I will NEVER CHANGE PHYSICIANS. Dr. Teano has a patient for life. I love them all.
