Their contract has a 5 year warranty and that they would maintain it as the fill dirt would settle over time. The bulkhead is now collapsing and the fill dirt is washing into the lake and no one is answering their phones. The owner came out with his daughter and looked at the issue back in June 2020 and said yes, it needed to be repaired and would get on it. Ever since then no one will answer our calls. They just let the phone ring.... After the exorbitant amount that it cost to have the bulkhead built I would think it would have lasted at least 2 years! The SRA came out 2/2/2021 and took pictures and stated this needed to be corrected and soon before it all washes into the reservoir. It's sad that we have to endure this treatment and that a piece of the Texas shoreline is now endanger of collapse. They need to answer the phone and adhere to the contract.
