First time going: 6$ to play bball at an indoor court with friendly vibes. Totally worth it! Second time goinng: I went here a second time but this time it was busy with teenagers with poor attitudes. I'd recommend only going here during the morning.

Skate park is more than sufficient for a street park

The skate park is reasonable as a street park. There isn't anything deep enough to call a bowl. There are a few things to ride and there is plenty of room, so people shouldn't collide. Parking is close.

This is a nice big skate park. My son enjoys it quite a bit. This park does not have bowls, it is a plaza/street park with ramps, ledges, quarter pipes, stairs, and rails. Plenty of room! Quite a crowd of skaters can skate here together. The park appears to be relatively new and clean as well. Somehow, not too many knuckleheads are here? Bonus! It has a decent sized parking lot, but unfortunately, it's often full of cars due to the baseball fields. There's parking across the street, on the street, etc.. if you cruise around a bit. Bathrooms are not too close. You have to go across the street or in the baseball area and receive permission from the pee Nazis at the gate. All things considered, this is a great place to grab a quick skate session or chill out as a parent and watch the kids shred it up!

This place is always clean and the fields are very beautiful. I have come here different times of the day & there are open field. In addition to that, there are many nice individuals that come to play or are just walking around.

Field is nice. I like the track to walk. But...parking SUCKS. So do the bathrooms. And no where to sit as a spectator. Also, the park across the way is weak. Nothing fun and nothing for babies or toddlers. So, we come only for soccer practice. Thats really all its good for.

So much to say about this wonderful wonderful part. My history started here 20 years ago on the old softball fields, the new fields are clearly much much improved. I walk here often on my lunch time or breaks, running into a mini old friends along the way. I love finding the baseballs that I've gone over the fence, I enjoy even more throwing them back over onto the field, or to players who are out for practice. The trees the grounds, well-kept. The staff with the park district is impeccable and very accommodating. I highly recommend visiting this park for the full experience. Skate park, baseball softball fields, soccer fields, gym, and a walking path that surrounds the entire complex. Oh yeah, and bocce courts. Love it!

Jayden is about to get busy at the skate park.. TRYING not to bust a nerve with worry.. #intense

Came here on a Saturday morning right before opening to make sure we'd guarantee admission. With…read morethe hot weather and a capacity of 90 we didn't want to take any chances of not getting in after a 30 minute drive from across town. I haven't been to this area In years and it looks about the same. Kind of run down as you enter the neighborhood and I probably wouldn't walk these streets alone at night but luckily I'd have no business being here except during a hot summer day at this little water park. We were the second group admitted and it costs $1 for whom ever wants to play. They have 2 slides and riders must meet height requirements. Our 3.5 year old was 42 inches so he got an orange wristband and could only ride the orange slide. The yellow slide had a height requirement of 45 or 46 I believe. Despite the height requirements, our son only went down the orange slide 2-3 times. The park was very crowded with people trying to stay cool. Our son cried when he got water in his face .. guess he won't enjoy water parks much till he realizes water in the face is part of the experience lol!! At one point he said "there's too many people here" and I couldn't have agreed more. There's a small grass area and a couple picnic tables with shade but other than That, not much seating or shade Not sure if we'd return but it was a well kept water park with decent bathrooms

It's a beautiful and clean park. Someone asked if I was the supervisor (I was here for work and…read morewearing a safety vest at the time) and I said no and he said the guys that cleaned up the park did a great job and that it's much nicer now that the homeless are gone. So it sounds like this park has come a long way. The morning I was here there were a few people walking around the park for exercise. Plenty of parking and it looks like a safe neighborhood.

They have a tiny farm there, we saw 2 pigs. More animals available to interact w on Saturdays. Suggested donation $2pp. They take cash there. I thought u needed advanced tickets so bought online but it's really just whoever wants to ride can line up. https://www.svlsrm.org/ Duck pond: tons of duck and geese Water area: part of american river?? Not sure. Can fish there! Playground: With climate change, unpredictable weather, and summers with many days over 100F, would be nice if all parks in the sac area provided shade. This one has shade only over a small set of swings by a picnic area/ by the trains & barn. The main playground had shade near it but no shade over the play structures. Kids going down the slides could get burned- recommend putting up shade to avoid future liability issues. Overall a beautiful park w a good amt of shade, multiple parking lots and multiple picnic areas. Too far for us to come regularly but likely coming back for the train ride during holidays when I think they usually have a Santa there. (You need advance tix for this)

September 24, 2025 - Rancho Cordova, CA…read more The fenced dog park is great! There's plenty of room for pups to run, with separate areas for big dogs and for small ones (under 15" in height). A few chairs are available for owners, plus a little swimming pool filled with water for the dogs. The grass and shade trees make it extra inviting. It's clear this park is very well cared for.
