With prior teaching experience and a solid background in academics, she helped my nephew go from an F to a C as a final grade (by a hair). Despite swearing up and down that he couldn't understand the Chemistry, her weekly one-on-one tutoring sessions at our house helped my nephew make sense of the subject. She works with the students and does not "talk at them." They worked on practice problems, went over homework and prepped for upcoming exams.
