It took two months after signing the contract to receive four of the five countertops. They have been non-responsive as to if we will ever receive our fifth countertop. In addition, Mike outsourced the installation of our countertops (rlGranite and Tile). They caused extensive damages our plumbing to the tune of $2850 ($2700 for ecoSystems to install a new garbage disposal and fix the broken plumbing under the sink and $150 to Culligan to repair the RO line that was damaged). Unfortunately it gets worse, will now have had to contract with a more reputable contractor for $800 to obtain the fifth countertop. We attempted to contact Mike for five days prior contracting for the plumbing services (this was supposed to be handled my Mike) and another three weeks prior to contracting for the fifth countertop and again Mike never responded for calls, texts, or emails. We have submitted a claim to BBB again Mike has chosen to not to respond and our next step is to file Small Claims case against this non-responsive and apparently fraudulent contractor for $3,650. All we wanted was for the job to be done in a timely and professional manner. Mike is not able to do that.
