Yet I had to email again days later to ask if the quote was ready. I emailed asking for someone to discuss / explain the quote to me and got a response asking for a time to call. He was able to swing by before the insurance adjuster visited, which helped to provide me with some critical information for the adjuster. The only hard part was that we were in a race against time. Z. Ipek had a full work load, and Omer would soon be leaving for a long deserved vacation to attend a family wedding.
