So much so, we returned the next day to purchase the sweatshirt I was eyeing and I've hardly taken it off since! So many cute Colorado themed items like your typical souvenir trinkets-- magnets, socks, spice mixes, clothing, post cards, mugs... a little bit of everything!

All About Colorado is probably my favorite souvenir place that I visited in Downtown CO Springs…read more If rating souvenir shops on the scale of cheesy t-shirt shop to high end decor, AAC falls right in the middle. It has a little bit of everything for everyone. AAC is actually two shops in one. It looks like they may have been separate at one time, but are now connected. Both sides have similar items and similar helpful staff. Here are some of the items I liked: Hats: I love a good ball cap. They had several different styles. Shirts: There were a good variety of shirts that were Colorado themed or for specific local attractions. Their shirts were much cheaper than the ones for sale at the local attractions. Stickers: I love stickers. I bought several. There were some that seemed a tad ridiculous, but I am sure they sell plenty of weed themed stickers here. Weeeeeeeed maaaaaaan. Get a job hippy. Coffee Mugs: Even though I drink iced coffee, I love location specific mugs. They had mugs a plenty here. Kids books: Who hasn't read "Who Pooped in the Snow"? Actually, I have not and it made me regret that my kids don't like story time anymore. This store has way more than the items I listed. I think you will like it. I did.

This shop is uniquely curated with lots of interesting and lovely pieces. It's unlike any other store in Old Colorado City. This side of town needs a shop like this! It's successful in being interesting in a non-kitschy kind of way. Which, is a HUGE win for Old Colorado City! Bottom line, check this place out!

The three stars is for the cute, and unique items in the shop…read more The missing stars are because of the millennial they hired, and some of the items that are marked up to ridiculous prices. When we walked in, we were not greeted; the young, brown haired millennial at the register just sat there with her phone in her hand. Obviously it was more important than the customers. Several people walked in and out while we were there and she did not look up once to say hello or do anything. One couple wanted to buy some items but when they walked up to the cashier, they still weren't spoken to and the girl never looked up so they put the items back they wanted tp purchase and walked out. We wanted to purchase some items too - I really liked the cute succulent/cacti soap but didn't feel like dealing with the young lady at the register. We walked out too and were not given any type of greeting as we left like all the other stores did that we walked in to that day. I really hope they employee better employees that don't stay on their phones all day or else they will continue to lose business like they are.

Plan on spending plenty of time here as they have an abundance of products to browse. I was hesitant to make a trip down to The Springs today but so glad I decided to! This has become my favorite Tibetan store. There is one on Pearl Street in Boulder that comes in a close second to this one. A very nice lady behind the counter immediately greeted me as I entered the store. I smelled a pleasant scenery of incense that was burning or finished burning up. This lady was also very helpful in showing me several wrist mala bracelets. She also took the time to explain the metaphysical energies of each one I looked at. I was hooked on two of them and ended up purchasing both of them. There was a third one I looked at but had to pass. Next time! She wasn't pushy with a potential sale of the third one and I really liked that about her. I also inquired about meditation cushions. I'm in need of a new one with better material. I struck gold here! They had a nice shelf with newly imported meditation cushions from Nepal. I was immediately drawn to one of the maroon cushions with the "Om" symbol on it. It's beautifully woven onto the top of the cushion with red and yellow stitching. It's very comfortable as well. The lady who helped me with the wrist mala bracelets encouraged me to try out the cushions by sitting on them. The one I'm referring to is very comfortable to sit on. It's stuffed with cotton and made in Nepal. I was hedging on buying it and chose to browse around the store more. I was offered ten percent off the cushion as well. I purchased it and was very satisfied as I carried it out of the store. So, this female staff member I referred to here is the co-owner. She and her husband have owned the store since 2007. I liked that she didn't brag about this and only offered it because I asked. She was very easy to talk to and accommodating. Also, she thanked me profusely for my purchases. Her gratitude was so sincere as well. One thing she said that I completely agree with is, your purchase at this store helps support a local business. I can only imagine how they were affected with the covid shutdown. It's also my understanding that they import products from Nepal on a consistent basis. I will definitely return here again, most likely to purchase the "third mala" I eyeballed earlier. If you like Tibetan culture, jewelry, and other products from their culture, I strongly encourage you to check them out. Again, your purchase(s) helps support a local business! I feel it's worth the trip if you live in the Denver area. There are a lot of nice shops and restaurants nearby. The Tibetan Arts & Crafts store is situated in downtown "Colorado City." The trip alone to visit this historic city is worth it! I will definitely return here again soon and spend more time, most likely an afternoon. I recommend visiting the Tibetan Arts & Crafts store then grabbing lunch or dinner at a nearby place. There are plenty of choices here! I hope your visit becomes a pleasant experience like mine was. Today was a perfect bookend to a good weekend! Looking forward to visiting again soon!

I did try and stear clear to give space which means I didn't get to see everything up front but I'll be back to check it out soon.
