Some of the stuff is a little chav chique but overall this place is classy and fashionable with helpful staff on hand with expert advice on girl sizes to a fellow such as myself. The actual manger in the store is really hands on and gives you a really honest opinion of what you are buying. There is no pressure sale in the store either. Also they sale one off pieces that are originals, so you won't have the same outfit as anybody else (which I thought was great!). The location is okay. I worked with MJ and she was absolutely fabulous. I am not a tiny person by any means and she took the time to grab me some additional sizes out of the back. They do have up to size 16. Just ask for a sales clerk to help you. MJ totally went above and beyond for me. I got boots, a trenchcoat, and I even bought my mom a really nice wrap over poncho. Some of the items are marked down 50% off and then they have additional tag sales that are 40 50 and 60% off the sticker price. One trenchcoat would normally cost $2600+ I got everything for under $1400. This place is totally legit if you can make it it's worth a trip. They have bags, accessories, men's, and women's stuff. I found the perfect purse at a great price for a designer purse. This store has a great selection of purses, accessories, and clothes. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The reason I am writing this review is let people know that the Wi-Fi is not the best in this area of town. I had to wait in the store to call Uber because as soon as I walked outside I lost coverage. Both drop off and pickup had to be done on the main street and not in front of the Burberry Outlet.

I walked in at midday ( bare in mind opening hours are from11am and I was met by two ladies, one hoovering and the other one welcomed me to the shop! I told them I was in urgent need of a lengha and only had 4 weeks for it to be altered, I explained I was willing to leave a deposit today an return for sizing with my sis in law. Straight away I was asked to make an appointment an that nothing was available now ! I explained that i had come from far (2hrs away) an seem some amazing designs online, the deal apparently is you can ONLY see lengha designs WITH AN APT. Well I was not aware of this an what about walk in customers?? OR BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.?.??.? I was then told that at this time of day they CLEAN the shop!! I politely responded and told them they should maybe keep the shop doors closed then, I also asked whether the lengha pieces were on site or in a warehouse ( then I would understand why an appointment was necessary ) but I was told they were At the back of the shop,,,,! May I remind you all that the shop was COMPLETLY EMPTY except for my mother and I!!. Thankfully mr Gul himself then walked in and I explained the same thing to Him in the hope he would realise I was a serious customer. After some persuasion he offered to show me two peices, but may I please add he DID not remove the outer coating and showed me3/4 of the lengha for a 45 second clip before asking his minions to "TAKE IT AWAY" He then rudely waked away and said ""it's £3000 and I would want 50% CASH today and the rest upon collection. I have to say the lengha was amazing and mr "GUL" himself was very proud of his work and showed. NO BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE skills, based on the designer himself I did not find it suitable to make a decision of an outfit he was not willing to show me for more than ONE MINUTE!,,!,!,,,,!, As a "designer" you would expect a little bit more respect for his own work and even try selling the piece but HE WAS NOT INTERESTED ONE bit !! I would not recommend this shop to anyone, I did read on a previous blog how the skills of staff in there is very bad including mr guls attitude himself but I did not expect this. The most important thing is…read morethe wedding dress any bride and I had spent 2/4 years planning what kind of dress I wanted , I went through every little detail and wanted my dresses 4 weeks before our events so I could enjoy the wedding with my family and friends but 2 days before the wedding I was devastated and was forced to ware something that was not what I paid for or asked for so I'll be taking them to court at some point as even looking at the wedding photos hurts so much! I would advise everyone not to use them or if you do then be careful that they don't give you their rubbish. I have no feelings for the dresses I have and they are meant to be a keepsake. Gutted is an understatement. As you can see in both top photos on the left is what I asked for but I was given what's on the right and the below photos are some of the details we agreed. He and his wife ( don't get me started on his wife unprofessionalism with dirty tricks and trying to steal my receipt and proof of purchase) got both my dresses wrong and the Green one the colour was ugly and not at all my taste!!!!! All in All I would not like anyone to go through what me and my family suffered because of them and I will be taking them to court as they cannot get away with doing this to people. The racks can get a bit messy and its not a good place for people who like space to shop in comfort, or clothes which will last more than a few outings / washes. On the plus side, once they do wear out its only a few quid to equip yourself with a whole new wardrobe - and an excellent place to go if you want some cheap and cheerful items to wear at rock festivals.
