The company messed up (admitted it) and said they didnt actually have my size in stock and instead of cancelling my order, they sent me the wrong size. Now i am trying to return the shoes, and they say they can only use DHL because of Brexit. They will not send me a label and cannot give me a pickup timeframe for DHL. They want me to sit at home for 24 hours waiting for a pickup and that is the ONLY way to get my item returned. What awful customer service. NEVER AGAIN

I love this place but funnily I only discovered it about a year ago when my boyfriend bought me…read moretons of shoes from there. It's a stylish shoe shop; I have limited edition kickers and some lovely tan sandals from there. It's a unique shop as all the other shoe shops in the area either sell cheap and not very wearable shoes so it's a great addition to the high street! They also have some really good sales on at times. So if you're ever in Walthamstow high street and need some new shoes I'd check this place out as it sells unique and limited edition footwear.
