Appalling Customer Service…read more My wife purchased a dress from here late on Saturday afternoon, that looks very different away from the store lighting, not a fresh taupe colour but quite grubby grey. I took it back to the store 5 working hours later for a refund and was told that there is a "no refund" policy. The owner took great pride in telling me that this policy is shown everywhere. Actually it is in two places; firstly on the bottom of the receipt which they actually print out from their till, fold it and put it in a cardboard envelope before giving to you (doesn't that mean you have already purchased it???) and secondly on a sticker in the changing rooms which my wife didn't see as there were loads of clothes, scarves and accessories hanging over it. (Not hers). At no point when my wife handed over her card to pay did they mention it either; this feels like they have proactively hidden their no return "policy" and we feel conned! Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced and now they have the money, they don't give a damm. We will never shop here again and the only recommendation I can make is to stay away!

Shop also has its own web site and if you submit a photo of yourself in your outfit then you have a chance of your photo appearing on the site.

Another huge store!…read more This used to be primarily fashion but now does soft furnishing and kitchen ware as well. It loses a point because you have to rummage through the clothes. I hate doing that with a vengeance. Some of the soft furnishings are really lovely, sort of sumptious and decadent. Must visit here more often!

This is a clothes shop for women and men…read more I find it strange because I can't imagine anyone wearing half of the womens stock. At lot of it is polyester, and in styles for a woman trying to look like her daughter. I have bought a jacket by Klass here. I like Klass jackets! I got a great leather jacket here as well, and some long sleeve tees by Regatta. I always find the mens section more funky and hapening. Oooh ooh, they do sell Weird Fish but it will be a long time until I need more.

Ideal to buy the odd bargain, tv stereo games, dvds, diy tools, occ bikes and sports equimpment.. but will never use them to buy items from me as the money they give is a joke.
