The haircuts themselves were decent and the location is clean but the long wait was a huge turn off. Also, there are better barber shops in the area that offer a hair wash, styling and massage for less than what they charge here for a basic cut. They shouldn't accept reservations if they can't honor the time.

I tried walking in and was told the wait would be 20 minutes, so instead I made an appointment and came back. The lady who cut my hair was very friendly and attentive to my needs. She was patient and checked in to make sure she was cutting the right length. Without asking for it, I also got a back massage, a hand massage, my nails clipped and a quick facial.
