She was patient and checked in to make sure she was cutting the right length. Without asking for it, I also got a back massage, a hand massage, my nails clipped and a quick facial. My barber was named Chris. The attention to detail: top notch. The experience included haircut with style line, beard trim, straight razor neck shave and behind the scalp for hairline, mini massage, manicure while getting my shave, hair wash to get all the loose hair out, then styled again afterwards, sugar scrub on hands, lotion afterward, beard balm, and the works. Had a little mess up before I arrived, didn't know that they had 4 different locations, and I drove to the wrong one, they corrected my mistake, they offered to take me in but I said no bc I already had an appointment with Christian at the other one and I didn't want to cancel, it was 5 min away. I didn't know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. Top notch all around. The service I received was amazing, it included washing my hair before and after the cut, facial scrub/wash and they cut your nails, haha I was like damn you guys offer all that! What I liked about the cut is that he used a straight razor for the skin fade, alot of other barbers use some electric shaver which will get closed to a bald feel but not completely bald. I've been coming here (the Cacho location, specifically) for about four years. Prior to that, I used their Gabilondo shop. Both are exceptional. I tried on three or four barbers. All were excellent. Now I sit with Eddy and I love his work. Don Edgar runs a superb, elevated barberia: clean, top service, and very skilled career barbers. Express manicure is included, along with a water or soda. Music is subdued. Very comfortable surroundings. Buena vibra. I can't imagine going anywhere else. If you live in Tijuas, make this your home shop. Me and my fiancé came to tj for the day and he decided to get a haircut out here. Let me say my fiancé is very particular about his hair so we did a lot of research and came here. Cristian cut his hair to perfection. He was very good with his hair cut and it was definitely full service. It came with a mini facial, massage and even trimming your nails. The hair cut itself came with 2 washes, the cut, and style. Cristians hair cuts are made to last because he even goes in with a straight razor and makes sure the areas that are "skin" are super smooth. The team here is super profesional, fun and they always treat you like a boss while waiting for your turn (you can get a customary beer, soda, water, etc while you wait). Show up about 5mins before your appointment time, get pampered a bit, and then get pampered you beard and hair cut.
