She was patient and checked in to make sure she was cutting the right length. Without asking for it, I also got a back massage, a hand massage, my nails clipped and a quick facial. The hot towels put me to sleep. Complimentary drink offered, but soda or water only. All this for around MXN 350 (about $17 US).

My haircut was about 3/4 done before he finally was called - it was about 45 minutes after our reservation time at that point. The haircuts themselves were decent and the location is clean but the long wait was a huge turn off. Also, there are better barber shops in the area that offer a hair wash, styling and massage for less than what they charge here for a basic cut. They shouldn't accept reservations if they can't honor the time.
