I am not disputing the load being over the limit. I called about the difference between wet weight and dry weight. They discounted 1/2 ton for wet weight. The fine print that I signed said that overages would be $55.00/ton. I was charged $62/ton. I called to ask about difference and was told that their invoices had not been updated.

This brought me to a signature page with no real link to the contract details. I signed because I thought I was just agreeing to the terms discussed on the phone. After having the dumpster dropped off, I wanted to write a good review because the driver was so cool to me. I then saw all these reviews claiming the company is a scam.
