I ordered a 20 yard dumpster that they said "wouldn't fit in my driveway", no mention by their customer service on size guidelines and no communication after about rescheduling, I had to call 5 times with never any call back. Then I received a call from the "supervisor" saying they couldn't find a smaller one to fit, they are canceling and charging a "attempt fee" of $150. Do not use this place, such a scam. This company is the worst. I'm a contractor that use dumpsters all the time. This is the first company that charge for the dumpster up front and then charge 3 more times 4 months later after for there driver picking up the can late. This is not a real company. It's a fraud. They have set up a website and is pretending to deliver dumpsters but once they have your money, they don't answer the phones nor deliver. I received my dumpster yesterday (6/29/2017). My contract and AGREED UPON delivery date is TODAY, (6/30/2017). I was called by my neighbor yesterday, telling me that they were trying to deliver the dumpster but could not because I had a car in the driveway. I, on a day I had request of from work, had to leave my appointment to drive home and move my other vehicle. The driver told me that if I hadn't moved the car, I would have probably not received the dumpster for another week???? I never received a call to notify me of the early delivery. My contract clearly says delivery will be on 6/30/2017. They clearly state that if delivery cannot be made, they charge you for it. Apparently, they feel charging for that is acceptable, as well as changing the contract at the inconvenience of the paying customer is also acceptable. Keep in mind that they are paid in advance, so anything is acceptable for them after that point. I called them this morning, and was asked by the man who answered the phone, "What are you trying to accomplish by calling to complain?" Wow! He said that it all worked out in the end, so it should be okay. Well no, It didn't work out for me. I had to reschedule an appointment I had for some time due to their incompetence and poor Customer service. I lost a day from work for nothing. But they definitely received their payment in full. I don't usually leave feedback, but the attitude was unacceptable. Had the attitude been apologetic, I wouldn't be leaving this feedback. I hope that when this is over, there are no additional charges. After reading the other reviews, I'm not so sure. read more

Ordered dumpster, they didn't deliver on time. Took 2 days to get it there, after me using all the available phone number, emails, and texts I could to even get someone to answer me. Needed second dumpster (exchange). Oh, they didn't deliver that one on time either. Asked for p/u, they couldn't get it for four extra days. No charge but we had 3.5 inches of rain those days (which adds to the weight). Both supposedly were overweight so I had add'l charges to my card. Asked for proof at least 3 times and they couldn't ever provide, kept giving excuses. I finally went to the BBB to make them answer. I got one refund of the smaller overage charge and then they stopped responding. They provided me with weight tickets that I had no way of knowing were mine. Poor awful service. Terrible! Business nightmare! Needed a dumpster for a job and was told couldn't get one till the following week. The next week and no dumpster because the card didn't go through. I verified funds and gave the information again. Next promised day still no dumpster again! Ryan, the guy I had been working with, said card still didn't go through. Talked to the bank and Ryan used the job site as billing address! Job now pushed back an entire week because he never even ordered the dumpster! Don't know who is reviewing these guys but after they initially charge you they start charging your credit card for little things. They were a day late in getting the dumpster to me but still was charged full rate no sorry, so I waited two extra days. Then Hurricane Florence came for five days to North Carolina so guess what, they claim I went over the weight and the bottom of the dumpster was barely filled and they claim I was .234 tons over. I'd would like to know how household garbage weighs that much in less than a week. When truck driver loaded the dumpster water came pouring do you know how much rain North Carolina got that week. The billing department just read off the regulations, this was a week after they picked up the dumpster so how do I know if they didn't let someone else use it and charge me for it since they already had my credit card. read more

Used Budget Dumpster of Milwaukee, WI. Dumpster size was as described online. Delivered one day later than promised, but it was quite early (7:30AM!) We were able to fit all of my Mother's estate "trash" in the 15 foot size. We were given a $10 discount on invoice. The only thing I would complain about was that we were not told we had to call to arrange the pick up, even if it was on the last day per contract (10 days) Luckily, we called to check about pick up! I thought wow, they are way less than the others! Awesome! Then it gets dropped off, and the dumpster looked like it would just fall apart right there! The bottom had gaps allowing trash to fall out, it was banged up, and when they left I had to pick up paper that fell out the bottom down my driveway. Then a few weeks later I get this email that we were like 2 tons OVER and they charged us for that like $200 more. So in the end they weren't cheaper and we didn't even fill it! Again it was weeks later so how do we prove that our load was not over? We can't! Still having a hard time believe some household crap was almost 4 tons! I will go with the more expensive one and fill it to the rim and have no extra charges! read more

Their driver ran over a portion of our driveway ditch wall in early 2019 and I emailed them constantly for months to have this repaired. They finally reached out and told me to get a quote to fix the brick wall. A mason came out and stated that they almost damaged the footing, which would cost almost a $1000 to repair. The quote ended up being $500 to repair the damages caused by THEIR COMPANY. They told me that they didn't believe the damages cost that much and gave me $200 and told me to pay for the rest. I now have to waste my time filing a claim in small claims court to get my money. I can't believe a company would run this way. The guy I worked with needs to be fired for refusing to pay for damages caused by the company. read more

Dumpster arrived on time, but we'll over the property line, encroaching on neighbor's parking space. When I called to point it out, they were adamant that I was wrong, even though I was standing there looking at it encroaching on my neighbor's parking. They were going to make a few phone calls and I was promised a call back from both the initial person and their supervisor. Neither ever called me back. The current reviews for this company speak for themselves. I ordered a 20-yard dumpster to be delivered for construction cleanup, and the dumpster delivered was about half the size than the one I paid for to complete my construction job. I placed several calls to Budget Dumpster to resolve the issue and all I got was a run around. They called me back about a week later into the rental to let me know that I did in-fact get the wrong size dumpster. No offer to pick it up and replace, just the opportunity to pay for the smaller dumpster. Keep in mind that the original dumpster that I ordered would hold all of the debris. Now Budget Dumpster is asking me to pay a small % off of the current price I'm paying when I'll have to turn around and pay again for another dumpster. Even the sizes on their website do not mirror the actual size of dumpster you receive. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company. read more

What a nightmare trying to deal with this company. They don't know which way is up inside of their own operation. Someone from the customer service department will help you book your dumpster delivery, and tell you that it is all set up for the next morning to be delivered. Guess what, no dumpster the next morning!! Or that afternoon, or that night!! Call them... they say they can't have a dumpster there until the next day, it might even be the day after that, even though you already have enough garbage piled up to fill a dumpster half way. Unbelievable! Now this happened not only once with budget dumpster, but twice. My own mistake for continuing to do business with them. Thinking the first time was truly a mix up.
