Twenty years worth of accumulation meant this was no ordinary clean out by any stretch of the imagination. This was a hot, sweaty, dirty job and Chris and team came through for us when other vendors either cancelled or walked off the job midway. Tight timelines and setbacks were the norm, but Junk Rescue was the one provider we could count on. Special thanks to Matthew, without whom we would not have been able to make this happen. I will be posting this review on every platform I can find, because these guys deserve as much credit as I can provide. Thanks again!

I will start by saying that I rarely take the time to write reviews, good, bad, or otherwise, but I…read morehave been moved to do so here. I hired Big John's Junk Removal to demo and remove a 10' x 12" greenhouse with its foundation, including an attached deck. John himself was extremely polite and professional and gave me a very fair price. On the day of the job, it was 98 degrees with no breeze, completely miserable. John arrived at the agreed upon time and had one helper with him. Immediately, I realized that I neglected to mention the location of the greenhouse and the fact that a hill would be involved. It truly skipped my mind, and I was open to a revised price. John did not even flinch and said, "No problem, we'll handle it." As the day progressed, the heat became a real challenge. After a midday trip to the landfill to empty his trailer, his helper did not return. John finished the job himself, which was a monumental task. Around 6 p.m., it began to storm. I went outside and offered the option for John to finish another day. He declined and kept moving through the downpour. Around 7:30 pm, the skies cleared, and the job was done. It was completed perfectly; there was no sign of the greenhouse not even one screw. I can tell you there were about 10,000 screws in that thing because I built it myself. I was truly impressed with John beyond words, and how he represented his company. In a world where businesses cut corners to make a dollar, John has restored my faith in doing it the right way. There is no doubt in my mind that his company will be hugely successful in the future.
