They loaded several pieces of large and heavy furniture and wrapped it in moving blankets so that all of it arrived in great condition. Russ and his helper (sorry I forget his name) were great at following instructions on which items to prioritize getting on the truck after it became clear that it wouldn't all fit. They were extremely polite, professional and packed the truck very efficiently and safely. Highly recommend!

I booked an appointment to dispose of an old fridge and a small flat screen tv. When they arrived, they quoted me $99 to remove both. It was not until the items were in their truck that they said they "FORGOT" to include an additional fee for the fridge. I paid the total cost, but called and spoke with a manager who refunded the extra charge. ***as I indicated I wasn't sure which location serviced my pick up but one did. They would have charged me more - but since there was damage to my home they decided to forgo. However, they did not repair the damage THEY caused. In addition, the crew was estimate to have 2 trips. We needed 3. (My furniture was less than in the walkthrough with my estimator.) I still have items they did not bring over from the trips! I do not recommend this "moving" company. They do not know how to estimate (and if they are wrong they will add to the final bill - if they don't damage your home.)

They arrived here in late afternoon and they were able to remove my piano more quiickly than I thought could be done. They were polite and genial. They my home clean. Glad that they took care of my needs but left me a bad case of buyer's remorse at the final cost. I was expecting at most to pay the $750 full load charge but was hit with two surcharges based upon ostensibly the weight/size of several items and the need to utilize a small portion of a 2nd truck. These surcharges were communicated and took the total cost close to $1200 and all for a 10x20 storage unit that was only 75% full. Besides the surcharges, I was disappointed by two things. First the need for a 2nd truck. Items were thrown in haphazardly which if organized better it could have all fit in the 1st truck. Secondly, I naively thought that that furniture items that could be easily repurposed would be donated elsewhere. An antique bench, schoolhouse student desk and another desk were thrown into the truck and I am sure ultimately a landfill somewhere. They were convenient and fast, but far too expensive. I will not use them again, nor can I recommend them. No apology or further contact is necessary unless it comes with a partial refund. Otherwise it is just lip service.
