They clearly explained what services they could provide and what precautions would need to be in place to safely complete the job--something no other company took the time to do. That level of detail is what made me choose them. The team spent five hours dismantling and removing a 10x12 building, which ended up being two full loads--a significant amount of work. Throughout the process, they were incredibly kind and respectful, both in our phone communications and in their interactions with my mom, who was onsite. Since I couldn't be there in person, they kept me updated with regular progress reports and photos, which I really appreciated. I was extremely impressed by their professionalism, work ethic, and communication. Their price was beyond fair for the service they provided. After the sell this week, I went back to the unit to have my contents moved into the new home. I discovered broken and damaged furniture and a tv. Plus they dropped the coffee table and shattered the glass moving it into the unit. I reached out to the owner to notify him and to request a call to discuss filing an insurance claim of my contents. It was not until the items were in their truck that they said they "FORGOT" to include an additional fee for the fridge. Glad that they took care of my needs but left me a bad case of buyer's remorse at the final cost. I was expecting at most to pay the $750 full load charge but was hit with two surcharges based upon ostensibly the weight/size of several items and the need to utilize a small portion of a 2nd truck. These surcharges were communicated and took the total cost close to $1200 and all for a 10x20 storage unit that was only 75% full. Besides the surcharges, I was disappointed by two things. First the need for a 2nd truck. Items were thrown in haphazardly which if organized better it could have all fit in the 1st truck. Secondly, I naively thought that that furniture items that could be easily repurposed would be donated elsewhere. An antique bench, schoolhouse student desk and another desk were thrown into the truck and I am sure ultimately a landfill somewhere. They were convenient and fast, but far too expensive. I will not use them again, nor can I recommend them. No apology or further contact is necessary unless it comes with a partial refund. Otherwise it is just lip service.

They also provide a 26-foot long truck which was more than enough space for my 1br/2ba 1,100 sq ft apartment. I asked several questions which were answered promptly and professionally. Montana and Quentin were the movers assigned to me, and they were friendly, worked at a consistent speed, and were very respectful of my property and handled them with care. Would recommend and hire again.
