This is an absolutely first rate furniture repair company. My power recliner was 10 days out of warranty when is suddenly stopped working. After my initial test Mastertech called me back immediately and gave me a very competitive price for a diagnostic service call. I was able to send them pictures of what I though was the issue, (broken wiring harness going into motor). They agreed, ordered the motor, and fixed my recliner on first visit. Not a great experience. Grant was in my living room for all of 5 minutes. Determined that he couldn't fix my couch and still wanted the $75 fee. He did end up only charging me $50 dollars, but for what... I feel kinda scammed, Grant must make great money showing up at homes and saying, "Sorry, can't help you. Give me $75 dollars for driving 10 minutes". read more

Just a great overall experience. Jocelyn is a sweet, kind lady really concerned about providing superior service. Scheduling was easy, communication was thorough. Grant arrived ahead of schedule, knew immediately what to do. The repair was fast, efficient and reasonably priced. They are a wonderful team, I would highly recommend to any and all. Grant was in my living room no more than ten minutes. ..he couldn't find anything wrong but suggested I order the mechanism from the furniture store where it was purchased..unfortunately they weren't able to order from that company. So my son was over one day and said let me take a look at it..he knew it was the mechanism and got the part number and I was able to order it from Amazon but didn't because In the mean time he reset it and it works fine until it happens again I will order the part and he will put it in. Grant charged me $75.00 just to look at it and tell me to order the part and he would charge $350.00 to change the part..a complete rip off for a Christian. Really disappointed read more

Repaired our wooden kitchen table chair after my toddler tipped it, fell on it and dislodged the spokes and cracked the top arch. Easy communication and pricing very reasonable, better than another company that was closer to me. Worked with my crazy schedule for drop off and pick up so we didn't have to miss work. Outstanding quality and service! I am THRILLED with my furniture repairs! I had a few quality pieces of furniture that I did not want to move out of my house for repairs. (Too big and too heavy!). Grant is an absolute artist! I have an armoire that my movers damaged. There was a wood piece broken off and damage to the decorative feet (looks like a greenish iron but is plaster). Although the owners where on vacation they still answered my call and we exchanged information via email. Although they were unable to help me out I wish I could have done business with them. Just the fact that they were so professional and in touch makes me believe that they would also do an awesome job given the opportunity. Pretty disappointed. With all of the positive reviews, I expected a better experience. After sending pictures, Grant felt like he could fix the problem. He came out to look at the couch and determined within 10 minutes that he could not fix the problem but still charged me 75.00 fee. He said he could not reach the issue through the spring base, I knew I had this type of coiled spring and could have offered that information over email prior to the appointment if asked and saved myself time and money. He also took the sectional apart and couldn't put it back together again because one of the alligator clips was loose. He told me I could order the part online. So I basically paid 75.00 to have my couch left in worse shape than when we started. Thanks. read more

Beautiful work! We had an antique wood back chair that got broken. It has a lot of sentimental value so needed it to look as good as possible. They did a fantastic job - you can barely see the line, and only in certain lights. He even cleaned up the dinged legs. And the price was very reasonable.
