Truth being, a 'bot' made an appointment but I had questions and wanted to talk to a person. I was on hold (the 1st time) for over 20 minutes- and THEN got cut off. I finally was able to cancel by replying to a confirmation text. Not a great way to do business. There are too many other options out there and I took one of them.
