This is the single worst hotel experience I've had as a professional business traveler. In a month here I was told the owner doesn't think I'm worthy of a room upgrade, my bags were gone through by a front desk employee I cut my foot on broken glass the day after letting the staff know about it and then finally the staff kids were running around the parking lot unsupervised. So the owner instructed his manager to cancel my future reservations because I let corporate know about that issue. Some people shouldn't operate hospitality businesses.

It was a fairly late check-in, around 10 pm, so the parking lot was quite full. It took one of those drive-around-the-building-twice trips before I found a suitable spot to park my wonder wheels.. At the front desk I was CHEERFULLY greeted by the tag team of Chris and Kayla! Kayla ended up handling my check-in. After a little 'speed-bump' that she handled like Mario Andretti, I was settling into a wonderfully sweet suite with a big bubbling tub! Thank YOU! My room was very clean, comfortable and spacious! And that big bubbling tub was begging me to bathe! I accepted the offer and soon I was soaking away the blues of the day.... The bed? Well, let me say I slept like a baby! (NO! No drool or downstair disasters! LOL). In the morning I awoke with a fresh rejuvenated smile on my face. I was recharged and raring to go! Of course, I took advantage of the free breakfast offerings in the lobby. It was clean, well stocked and not crowded. I got my fill and I was fine. For me, the INN was OUTstanding! I would definitely bubble away my troubles in this suite retreat again!

As soon as we walked into the room, noticed that was not what we expected, called the front desk. Stephen picked up the phone and said, "come on down, I will take care of you" . From that point on Stephen walked with us the whole time and made sure things got corrected in a timely manner. He followed up multiple times during our stay. He genuinely cares for his customers. He exemplifies Hamilton well. Thank you Stephen. You have got Hamilton Inn a new customer.

Check in was easy and fast. Connecting to the internet was seamless. The lobby area has a bunch of tables and some chairs for relaxing, chatting and eating their continental breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, it looked very good for a hotel, lots of breakfast items to choose from. The breakfast area was packed with people enjoying their food. Our room was big and spacious, very clean and everything worked as it should. I loved the large screen tv and the work area for laptops which had plenty of USB and 110v sockets. Chairs in the rooms are very comfortable as well as the beds. Bathroom was spotless and as soon as I turned on the hot water it was hot. We had a microwave and refrigerator under our tv, they all worked very well and were clean as pin. The Elevator worked perfectly to get us to the 2nd floor, The hallways were clean as was the ice machine. Parking was easy and there was plenty of it around the hotel. The luggage cart helped us with all our luggage and was easy to find. The swimming pool area was very nice, it had a couple chairs around it for relaxing or catching some sun. The entire area was clean. The staff was friendly and eager to help us with any question or needs we had. Everything in this hotel was clean and we will stay here again.
