Customer service is always helpful and willing to help with anything that you request. Plenty of well lit parking. During this last stay we had issues with hot water, not really sure why. I did call the front desk and report it twice while I was there. For the price we paid I shouldn't be having any issue with water...period. I do realize its more expensive off base, so I try not to complain to much. But having hot water issues isn't acceptable no matter the price. I did enjoy my stay in the Tampa area. Great location for the military needing a place to stay for a few nights. Hopefully the issue will be fixed if I decide to stay on base again. @glampedlife

Fantastic location in upscale neighborhood by Hyde Park Village, lots of nearby shops and restaurants within easy walking distance, a short 5 minute Uber ride to Bern's Steakhouse, and convenient Uber rides to downtown Tampa, Ybor City and the airport. Would definitely stay here again.

On Swan is a nearby restaurant that will, however, meals to your room after 5pm. The rooms are very nice but when I was there it was very cold outside and the heating in my room wasn't very good. The service is exceptionally good, as is the valet service. Bar drinks are of a rather miserly pour and the bar menu is nothing to speak of. And, of course, the television in my room didn't work, Ugh!! Oh, and their kitchen oven is broken down too, so bar bites are limited. LOL! Would I stay here again?? No, too many unpleasant surprises.

My husband and I went for a quick honeymoon getaway, just 2 nights of our Florida trip because our room was booked over the weekend. There was plenty of parking in front of the hotel which was perfect because we didn't need our car in Dunedin. Check-in was seamless and the communication with the front desk was excellent. We stayed in the Zen Suite which has a patio facing the street. There is a lovely wine bar with live music across the street. Both nights we sat outside and enjoyed the music but do visit Stirling Wine (I reviewed them as well, great crowd). The Zen Suite is so comfortable and thoughtfully decorated. Anything you need is already in the room including dishes, flatware, refrigerator, iron, blow dryer and robes. It was easy to relax. The king bed was very comfortable. We found everything in the room easy to operate - TV, AC, door locks. We also enjoyed the pool area. The pool wasn't heated so it was too cold for me but my husband enjoyed it. I relaxed on a lounge chair with an umbrella. We also took advantage of the breakfast promo with the red next door which was very convenient. Overall 10/10 doesn't cut it. We cannot wait to visit again and will stay at least 3 nights!

The hotel lost power for several hours, which was a major inconvenience and forced the on-site restaurant to close. Several bath towels were worn and had holes. There were also no ice machines, we had to repeatedly call the front desk for a small bucket of ice. The rooms also lacked a coffee maker and microwave. Parking is another challenge. There is no self-parking on-site. Your options are a $40-per-day valet service or a nearby private lot for about $22 per night. When I asked about alternatives to valet, the front desk employee seemed annoyed. Loading and unloading luggage was also frustrating because the front entrance is reserved for valet, and the valet staff did not seem pleased when we briefly pulled up. The billing was also disappointing. Our $257 nightly room ended up costing nearly $331 per night (not including parking) after a mandatory amenity fee, multiple taxes, and a $26 credit card recovery fee. Overall, the hotel has some nice features, but the service, amenities, parking, and added fees made it feel overpriced for the experience.

It actually exceeded our expectations! We arrived a few hours early and they let us park in at the hotel. Which was great since they are located 2 blocks from the beach. The room was very spacious and had a full kitchen, 2 tvs etc. The biggest surprise was the balcony for the guests. It was right outside our room. Hanging chairs, comfy rocker/gliders overlooking the town. It even had an ice machine, water machine with different flavors, temps and could even do sparkling water. An elaborate coffee machine was also there that made lattes, mochas and standard coffee. They have beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and even carts u can use to walk to the beach. Coming back, they have an outdoor shower and hose to rinse off. We decided to stay for a bit the next day and we were told we could keep our car. there til 4p- so we enjoyed the beach some more! We've already told others about this great find.

Which included a full espresso bar and infused water station to name a few. Both stations were free! The common areas were so fun and welcoming with hanging chairs, other comfortable seating and great views from the balcony! Our family used the immaculately clean grilling and dining area twice throughout our stay and saved so much money from having to go out to eat. Finally, the location is great with views of both the ocean and marina. 5 stars and we will be going back.

I booked a 7 night stay here on January 31st for Spring Break ( April 2026) It was supposed to be a…read more"reserve now, pay later" type deal. Before I ever book a hotel, or property I always make sure it is fully refundable becasue I like to keep my options open. This property had the choice of pay at check in, or fully refundable by March 4th. Right away when I booked, on 1/31 someone from the property, Charmene, needed the rest of my CC info to process payment. I told her I was confused because I thought it was pay at check in, so instead I confirmed through the chat that it was at least refundable by 3/4. She wrote back "fully refundable if cancel by 3/4" So, I ended up needing to cancel on February 27th. Long story short- They are refusing to refund me. I call the property several times a day, sometimes up to 15, never has anyone answered. I have left many voicemails. I continue to text Charmene as that was the perfered form of communication. When she would respond, she first said "did you see a charge" ANd tehn later said "not refundable, but can give credit for future use" I sent many screenshots to her proving it was refundable. She has recently stopped responding. I have over 6 screenshots of their pilicy, other bookings and her chats/texts saying it is refundable. Expedia shows on their end that they were going to charge me at check in, so there is nothing they can do. however I was charged immediatley. I am disputing with the bank, but I'm runnign out of options. I would never book a stay at this property or any affliated with them, for any reason, ever. Even if it was $1.00 Charmene will tell you their policy is no refund however all it states all over any bookings is " pay at checking " fully refundable see photos attached
