She's all charm until you sign the lease, then she couldn't care less. The electric meters are a disaster, with your meter wired to another apartment and vice versa, meaning some residents are paying for another unit's electricity or even for empty apartments owned by the complex, which doesn't pay its bills. This left some units without power all day. Management's response? "Not our fault, no electrician on site." Thank you to Ocala Municipal Services for fixing their mess.
