See images attached When I reached out to confront Ana Goya Property manager Broker Associate about as to why the listing was not updated that multiple application have been received she avoided me and dropped me like a Plague see images As of this review the property is still being advertised as available see images attached so folks you can look at the attached images and decide for your self. Unfortunately many companies in State of Florida are guilty in generating revenue in such shady dishonest way. And I took the time to write this actual review to help anyone I can to avoid this dishonest dealing it is brokers responsibility to notify general public and immediately update listing on all platforms that back up applications are being accepted and absolute duty to let general public know that an application has been received paid for and pending and or working so that people don't submit and pay for applications without ever having a chance to actually be considered for a home on other pretense otherwise....
