Recently, I contracted with Donna Dorsey to sell a property in Citrus Springs. Donna's support staff was also AMAZING! They took me from my initial call to closing in ten days!!! It was custom designed and built with the thought of hurricane protection. It is sturdy, and it's on high ground with never having a need for evacuation. The attached barn was its biggest appeal for me--the original owner wanted to care for her horses without having to go out into a hurricane to feed and water them. Donna Dorsey saw that for the appeal it would have for anyone owning animals or for someone who would want to use the home for a landscaping business.

Best Realtor Ever!…read more Regina Rodriguez is the best realtor we have ever had and we have worked with dozens of realtors through over 20 moves these past 50 years! Regina is tops for communication, carries through on her tasks and promises, listens to both sellers and buyers, and never forgets your preferences. Given the fact she closes more properties than any real estate agent we've ever encountered, it's clear she's at the top of her game. If she sees or hears about a creative approach to help buy or sell a property she gives it a try. No matter how many transactions she's dealing with at one time Regina seems to thrive on doing whatever she can to help each client achieve their real estate goals. Her sensitivity to unusual situations results in careful and considered actions to assist in any way that she can. There are excellent reasons why several online searches for the best realtors in central Florida list her name in the top 3. It's all about stellar performance and serving her clients well. People are the top priority for Regina Rodriguez. And as recent clients who sold a home with her we knew from the very start we were in great hands. Regina is the most honest and reliable realtor we have ever met and now that we have achieved our goal to move out of state to be near family we are already missing her sparkling personality. Over the few weeks that she worked with us she became like family as well. We cannot thank her enough for all that she did for us. Blessings, Regina! You can come visit and stay with us at any time. We will never ever forget you!

It turned out to be the best decision I made. Ann-Marie sold 2 lots for me near the Ocala area. She went to the lots, took the pictures, did research on the property and compared it against what others were selling for in the area, and let me know what price they should be listed at. Using her personal connections and marketing skills, she was able to find buyers within 2 months for each! She helped me negotiate with the buyers for the best price and always looked out for my best interests. Agents I have worked with in the past have all let their commission be the driver for the sales. Ann-Marie always looked out for what was best for ME, and because of that, I will loyally continue doing business with her. I highly recommend her services!
