Isaack and crew not only did an amazing job in remedying an urgent water heater issue, but were…read moreavailable to respond immediately and arrived on site exactly when promised. Once he was able to diagnose the cause, Isaack sourced a hard-to-find/backordered component through his network of contacts and went far above and beyond in tracking one down so that I'd have service restoration within 24 hours (vs potential weeks of lead time). Additionally, he was in constant communication and provided clear and easily understandable updates on technical matters both over the phone and via text messages. It's rare to find this level of pure customer service and attentiveness in the Valley, and I was extraordinarily pleased with the results. Quoted rates are reasonable and transparent, especially considering the exceptional level of service/care provided. I cannot recommend Isaack and Master Pro enough.

Not only that, but at one point (before the work was finished) they came to my home and demanded the insurance check saying they would not leave until they had received it. I have been trying to reach them regarding the finished work and fixing the issues but I have just been dodged. I call, leave messages and texts and I get left on read. It's horrible! I've reached out to my insurance and they suggested filing a legal claim. I think I'm just about to do that if I don't get some answers.

Nick has a fantastic eye to maximize efficiency and beauty in small spaces, and placed spice racks in my kitchen I never would have thought of! Prior to the job, we talked and decided on the look I wanted, and he gave me some great suggestions. He never tried to oversell me on any part of the project, which I really appreciated, but he will give you his expert opinion when you ask for it - and I did, several times! He is big on communication and lets you know what is going to happen next. His crew did a very professional job of cleaning up the work spaces as we were living in the house when the renovation took place. I get soooo many compliments on both my kitchen and bathroom. I would would use them again on any other major project. I am very particular and pay attention to detail and Nick and his crew made sure I was happy.

IF I COULD GIVE O STARS, I WOULD…read more When we met with Nick Sanchez, he told us he would restore our home to its pre-loss condition. We trusted him to complete the job. Instead, he abandoned the job during my pregnancy and shortly after we had paid him more than $19,000, leaving unfinished work and subcontractor issues that needed correction. He informed our insurance company that the project was 98% complete, even though work remained unfinished and some work required correction. He later filed a civil lawsuit against us seeking payment that we dispute, including amounts we maintain had already been paid, mitigation payment, and amounts for work that was not completed. Before he abandoned the job, at his direction, we met his wife, Carmen Fimbres, at their bank to deposit a check payment. The check was processed, and we have documentation of that payment. The amount is nevertheless included in the money he is seeking from us. Communication was also difficult. He expected his calls to be answered immediately. On more than one occasion, after I returned his call, he spoke to me in a harsh, raised tone and said, "Do you have a problem with me?!" We are now dealing with the stress of an unfinished project and a lawsuit over money we believe was already paid. Based on our experience, we would not recommend Nicholas Sanchez Jr. or NS Construction.
