The orders have always been correct and they get them together fast, usually same day, depending on what time of day you place your order. My almost four year old daughter loves to do "activities" (crafts) and they have sooooo many great options. The creatology line which I believe is an in-house brand is especially great. With sales and coupons I stock up on these crafts, with some ending up being as low as $2 each. This is seriously hard to beat! I get to make something fun with my daughter, enjoy quality time, end up with a cool finished product, and do it all for a great price! I know I will be back again and again!

When I entered, a group of workers shouted "Welcome in!" toward the entrance, though not to anyone in particular. I came to purchase two yards of fabric for a sewing project. No employee approached me to offer assistance. When I found the fabric section, there were no staff members around except for an elderly woman who was quite rude. She didn't smile, say good morning, or make small talk. When she finished cutting the fabric, she tossed it onto the table rather than handing it to me. She did the same with my receipt, simply tossing it toward the center of the table. These small interactions added up, making me feel unwelcome. I'm left wondering why I shouldn't just buy fabric at Walmart if the customer service and expertise are going to be the same. To make matters worse, the other customers seemed unfriendly as well. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience.
