The installers (Marco and Arthur I think) arrived on time, finished on time, did a decent job of cleaning up, were pleasant and hard working and they did a good job. We had picked a light colored LVP floor and were not happy to see what we thought were scuff marks on it the next day. We talked to the owner, Victor, and he promised that was unusual and he would make it right-either by cleaning, contacting the manufacturer, or even replacing it under his insurance policy if that was needed to make us happy. When he came to check it out, he said the marks were not scuff marks from shoes, but from residue of the adhesives used. He sent the team back the next morning at 8 am to clean the spots w/mineral spirits and that worked well. Scuffs are gone, and we are happy. So pleased to find someone that cares about customer service. Thank you!

You see I had 66 tiles and needed 80. So I decided to do a border around the tile first, this way there will be enough tile to work with. Let me say Jeremy and Matthew did a great job. They put it in, and it's perfect. The way Jeremy suggested to arrange the tile, was just the look I was going for!They are on time, worked very hard, cleaned up every evening when they were done for the day. My husband and I are elderly so clearly that was a very nasty thing to say. We were kind of hoping for quite a few more!! To give you some background, after Dave Jackson's brief initial visit, during which we discussed the scope of the job and conveyed the color flooring we were looking for, he came back a second time with his measuring crew and some small samples -- roughly 8" x 8" salvaged pieces -- not like the professional size samples with pertinent information about the manufacturer, the thickness, wear level, etc. on the back. None of those samples were what we were looking for and, after a few days of really trying to make one of them work, I gave up and called him to say none were the right color. I attempted to better describe the color we wanted. He said he'd give me so more ... which he did. He left them on the doorstep, giving us NO opportunity to discuss colors or other pertinent information, The new samples totally missed the mark, leaving us very frustrated. In desperation we looked around on our own and found one we loved at Lowe's. It's important to know that Dave had already told us he could not compete with big box prices and we were fine with that. We totally understood small businesses finding it difficult to compete with big business and we were happy to support a small business. The ONLY REASON we had the planks from Lowe's was to give him a VISUAL of the color we wanted. When he arrived today and saw the Lowe's generously-sized samples, he flew into a fit of rage, screaming about how he told us he couldn't compete with big box prices. We tried to assure him that we understood and were happy to give him our business but we wanted to give him a VISUAL of the color we were looking for. We weren't planning on buying the material at Lowe's. Perhaps he was so angry he was at the point of not hearing what we said because he continued to scream that he didn't need our small job, he was 'sick of this shit' and other vulgar rants. Frankly we were frightened. My daughter who was a witness was on the verge of calling the police. I quickly gathered up his samples so he would leave. I should add he had his arm in a sling and if I was not so terrified I would have helped him carry his samples to his car ... but there was no way. I just wanted him out of the condo. It was on his way out that he sneered "I HOPE LIVE ANOTHER YEAR!" (I do have to admit I said under my breath I hope you break your other arm.) You may want to ask yourself "What kind of an ethical, professional businessman acts like that?" A sane businessman might say he thought doing business together would not be a good fit or it's a job he's decided not to take ...but he would convey this without flying off the handle. Jackson's foul temper scared my husband and me! We're now left questioning question if he is mentally stable.
