Once the initial consultation was completed and payment was made I felt I was treated very poorly and as if I was just another number, they just wanted to get paid and move on. I felt like I felt that they were extremely rude that they truly did not care at all about your situation. They were happy to take their payment And cut you off. I would absolutely not recommend using this firm, especially if you are a tenant. I don't wanna say anymore, but I think I've said enough I would not use this for.

I highly recommend Shutt Law Firm! My husband and I decided that it was time to redo our wills and…read morereview our final wishes. We want to make the process of settling our estate as easy as possible for our children. I hope they don't need to refer to this document for many years in the future but it is a big comfort to know that we have these documents all prepared for when that time comes. It's hard to believe 75% of people die without a will and settling an estate gets tied up in probate court and how much time and court fees that involves. We briefly met with Isaac and mainly worked with Ana. We met one time to go over the decisions that needed to be made and then a few weeks after that to sign the documents. Ana took time in our initial meeting to explain everything and listened patiently to all of our questions. She was very knowledgeable and professional and has our best interests in mind. She is a very kind person and takes pride in her work. Call Shutt Law Firm today and make an appointment. Your loved ones will appreciate your planning for the future.

I often felt unprioritized and in the dark by this firm. I would have preferred more condensed…read moreproactive communication than what often seemed like long rationalizing responses. Example Day 1: Initial consultation I was under the impression my case would be filed (and thus start the timer) in about 1.5 weeks. Day 12: I followed up on the status Day 14: He confirmed he didn't need anything else, expect ~ 7-8 days Day 27: Left a phone message (no response) Day 31A: I followed up again e-mail Day 31B: He responded and I learned my case was filed on Day 28. *appox calendar days and summarized I believe I had a simple case, (the respondent accepted responsibility and did not have a lawyer, no court appearances). No one wants to have to be in the position of dealing with an attorney. The very fact that you need…read moreone means that you are probably in a stressful situation, at best. However, when I found myself in need of outstanding legal council regarding my mother's estate, I was recommended to Keith Staubus by another attorney, who admitted that my situation required someone highly specialized in estate litigation and probate matters. When I first called Keith to discuss my case, I was immediately put at ease by his calming voice, and thoughtful questions. He recommended that I come in that very afternoon, which I did. Upon meeting him, I felt reassured that this was someone who really had my best interests at heart. Looking over my mother's will and related papers, it took him about 2 minutes to poke three gaping holes in the legality of how my family was attempting to handle her stated wishes. He noticed the details that would make or break my case. He listened to the whole story and counseled me on the three different options of how to proceed. He was very patient, as I ask a LOT of questions, and even seemed to appreciate my desire to be very involved in my case. He was always very responsive, via email, and phone. We went back and forth with the other side several times, but ended up settling out of court, with a result that was satisfactory to me, and was, more or less, fair. Keith even managed to punctuate this stressful time with humor, which was a nice relief at times. His office staff are great too, very helpful and kind. The only downside, of course, are the fees....However, he did his best to keep his time down to a minimum and in the end, you get what you pay for. His knowledge and expertise were invaluable in the success of my case, and were worth every penny of what I paid. I would use him again in a heartbeat, and highly recommend him to those who have complicated estate litigation needs.
