DONT BRING UR CAR HERE We brought our car in on August 7 …read more When we first called the shop, we explained that our car was shaking and struggling to take off, but we weren't sure what was causing the problem. The shop told us they could scan the car and diagnose what was wrong. We dropped the car off, and the mechanic later called us and recommended doing the spark plugs and a tune-up. He also told us that the valve cover was leaking and that oil was getting down into the area where the spark plugs were, causing them to get dirty. He explained that if we didn't replace the valve cover, we could continue having problems. Based on what he told us, we agreed to have the valve cover replaced along with the spark plugs/tune-up. We were charged approximately $530 for the work. The mechanic also told us that if we had any issues, we could bring the car back. The problem is that we're still experiencing the exact same issue we originally brought the car in for -- the car is shaking and struggling to take off. We called the shop today and explained that the problem is still happening. We were then told that it could possibly be the transmission. However, our transmission was already replaced about a year ago, which makes us question that diagnosis. We're now out $530, and the original problem hasn't been fixed. We're trying to figure out what our options are. especially since we were told to bring the car back if we had any issues. We attempted to reach out and they avoided giving us any names & avoided helping us .. they are actively avoiding our messages via IG ****To the response WHO WOULD WANNA TAKE THEIR CAR BACK TO A SHOP THAT REFUSES TO GIVE A NAME TO US ????? , that is unprofessional! When we took the car back they tried telling us it was a ELECTRIC ISSUE! And it WASN'T at all ! You guys didn't help, We took it to another mechanic and turns out you guys failed to change all the spark plugs that needed to be changed! AGAIN WE PAID U 530$! & you guys half assed the job ****

The…read morefirst minor issue was when they lost the engine cover for my kia. they diddnt replace it and shrugged it off and told me they'd look for it. never got it back. an oil leak I paid for started up again about a week later and discovered a big gash in my upper oil sump. but the biggest issue for which I will never come back is that they diagnosed my truck with bad fuel pumps. I paid over 2 grand because they said it was two pumps on my truck. took it home and failed me again a few days later. I took it back and they told me the truck turned on and there was nothing wrong with it, regardless they charged me 160 just for removing my battery in and out saying they needed to remove a seat. the car never started . it took me months to figure out wether or not I really wanted to fix this car after this botched work. I went to a different mechanic where he diagnosed it was just the intelligent fuse box, a fuse was shorted... The mechanic told me not to go back to that place, that diagnosing bad fuel pumps is basic and the fact they replaced them was sketchy. they pretty much replaced my pumps and kept good working ones, he also said how changing me 160 for removing a battery is so bad. I've actually learned there is no need to remove the seats and it was dishonest. so I spent thousands of dollars on repair that wasn't needed and never even got the truck working. use this service at your own risk. they cannot work on cars past 2017, they don't have the know how.

My Lexus needed an alignment after a manual swap because the steering wheel was off-center, and he got it driving perfectly again. You can tell these guys know performance cars and take pride in their work. The shop is incredibly clean, modern, and professional. They have a comfortable waiting area with complimentary water and snacks, which shows they care about their customers from the moment you walk in. What impressed me the most was the customer service. Israel and his son Vincent treated me like family instead of just another customer. They were honest, welcoming, and made sure I was completely happy before I left. If you're looking for a shop that genuinely cares, does quality work, and specializes in performance alignments, don't waste your time anywhere else. This is the kind of family-owned business that deserves your support. I'll definitely be back and will be recommending Israel and Vincent to all of my friends and fellow car enthusiasts.
