DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS!! Ordered some parts for RV shades mid December, says it will be delivered by 12/28, contacted them January 13th and they said "they will look into it when they are back in the office". A week later, we contacted them again since they never got back to us and once again, they do not reply. I have now filed a dispute with my credit card in hopes to get the money back since we have not received our items (it is now 2/19/25). Their page on google says that they are "permanently closed" yet you can still go to their website and order products. This is the only place I trust to do work on my RV. I had them replace my tiny couch with custom, power recliners. They have done suspension work and changed shocks and even installed a Safe-T-Plus sterling stabilizer. ​I also had them do some minor stuff. They are located some 3 hours plus away. Had our 2002 Holiday Rambler Ambassador 36PBD towed from Hancock RV Repair, Mentone, IN., August 24, 2022 as the owner of this business was to have updated the interior of our coach for us BUT instead destroyed the interior beyond disbelief & was out of business which we discovered upon arrival to pick up & drive home. Business was no longer in business & nobody around to address the issues with. Called Mentone Police Department & they made out a report. Motorhome was towed to MasterTechRV Custom Coach & Marine August 24, 2022. Met with Broc Watkins the next morning to discuss the repairs needed to be done to our coach. Returned to Canada after talking with Broc. Dealing with Broc via email & telephone conversations was encouraging as to the repairs that needed to be done to correct the destruction done by Hancock RV Repairs (Woody Hancock--owner). Broc then sent an email informing us that he was retiring from his position at MasterRVTech Repairs as of January 23, 2023. Broc was being replaced by Tony Jimenez to handle our project. Many emails sent to Tony on a regular basis in regards to inquiring as to the status of repairs to our coach & the invoice without any acknowledgement or reply via email or telephone conversation. Sent an email to Tim, one of the Chief Executives at MasterTechRV Repairs, in regards to the status of our coach & invoice, without any acknowledgement or return email with information requested. Our coach has now been in the hands of MasterTechRV Repairs since August 24, 2022 & we are still not knowing what the status of repairs or the invoice. There was a time, due to the COVID-19 Pandemic that the Canada-USA Border was closed to all travel from Canada to USA & visa versa. That being taken into account there should have been no reason why the communication via email could not have been kept up & advised us of the status of our coach. While dealing with Broc things where good then Tony took over & nothing was accomplished as to keeping us informed as to the status of our coach. It has been since August 24, 2022 that we have been without our coach & to this date in time we do not know the where abouts or the status of our coach. Updated Review: Purchased hot water heater part online August 1st, 2024 from Master Tech Custom Coach RV and Marine DBA Hydronic Heating Warehouse. I finally received the part 01 October. Two months!!! I was unable to connect with any human being in sales or support during business hours. Emails went unanswered. By all appearances, they are still in business, but behaviors shout louder words. I'm glad to have finally received my part, and glad communication got better once established, but hearing nothing for so long after repeated attempts was distressing. Beware of this company, I purchased an Aqua-hot heater on Master Tech Custom Coach & RV e-commerce web site "Hydronic Heating Warehouse" and paid in full $7,668.00 dollars on October 24th 2024. I have not received my product nor can I get in touch with anyone at their business, I have called, texted, emailed and attempted to contact with their website chat system and only got complaints about how hard it was to run and e-commerce business. I have contacted my credit card company and filed a claim with them. Its now 8 weeks since I ordered the Aqua-hot system from them and not a single attempt at contacting me other then their zendesk saying its being reviewed by a staff member.. Finally Karma has caught up to this Master Tech RV owner and his accomplice. He's finally got what he deserves. Master Tech RV is CLOSED!!!! Evicted from the location, so you can pretty much answer why that happened as you don't get evicted unless you not paying on your lease. High Jack's parts off of other owners RV/coaches has he did mine and others as Ive been told and found on mine He will over charge you for what he does! He unconsciously will completely screw you! Hes been doing it for years ive been told by his employees. He's done just the same to his employees and finally karma has got him!!! I feel for the employees more then anything and others that left this operation. Now the owners that have been left high and dry with the services never completed and im sure money has been paid as I did also. I'll never forget the conversation I had With Tim regarding quotes, ive been in business for 26 years with hand shakes in trusting and being fair. His exact words were "Great Will make a profit for once" I never forget that statement. Stay clear of this guy! He has so screwed me over for 3.5 years having my property and over charged me and the evidence to find and been told of taking parts off of my coach. Never in my life have I ever met a man with so many excuses after excuses and his tactics, and never delivered, never..... I just want to protect others is all this is. Sum of you got lucky, others just probably never followed up with a review to warn others. HE ALWAYS HAS EXCUSES FOR HIS ACTIONS, I've heard over and over about his personal issues but never owning his business mistakes, and then always, always blaming others. They can't even invoice you correctly when working on large projects, I had to ask for invoices. Then when they do they'll ask for money on things they never completed. After making numerous trips to see the progress it was very evident. Completely hacked up my property never completed items and messed up my paint then losing painters in screwing with their payroll, pulling people off projects never allowing them to complete a project and then starting anothers. His own (Use to be) employees will confess to this I can promise you that. This guy is a joke to the RV industry and shouldn't be in business. I was warned by a previous customer and didn't listen. They have even run into not being able to make payroll numerous times, the list goes on and on with this owner of Master Tech RV guy..... BEWARE for your own good.... Called for a shipping quote for a piece of furniture listed on their website. Was told by Brock that they only like to install the furniture and not ship. I said well why do you have an option to order via the website and it says call for shipping. He said we can ship for $2,500. He was extremely rude. We went to Master Tech a few years ago they told us they could fix the Aladdin RV system in our RV for $2,000.00. Turns out (after we drove for 2 days to get there) they couldn't. Put in another system, ran wires across our dash, took our 50 amp. extension cord and tried to give us a bill for over $3,600 dollars. When we went to pick it up the young man who was supposed to be showing us how it worked said that he didn't know much about it, But he was able to select the "bus icon" on the map (I'm sure we couldn't have lived without that). After seeing the bill, I walked out!!!! We left there and headed home, got a campground to stay overnight and wasn't able to plug in because Master Tech had kept our extension cord. The people that owned the campground were really nice and when we explained to them about Master Tech keeping our cord and that we wouldn't be able to use electric they told us we could camp for free (there are nice people out there). Next day while we were driving home, we got a call from someone at Master Tech who told us that there was a mistake on the bill, and we would be getting some money back (we got back some but still was a good bit more than the figure of $2,000.00 they had quoted us.) I don't know why they had to keep or even use our cord, my daughter said she saw a whole string of extension cords handing in their garage. But when I mentioned it to the person on the phone that they had kept it and we didn't have electric at the campground, he said we could order a new one and send them the bill. After getting a cord and sending them the bill they did pay for the cord. The wire running across the dash looked awful, so after we got home it took my husband about 30 minutes to run it under the dash - looked so much better (professional). My husband did a professional job - they didn't!!!!!!! And I would also like to mention that the system they installed didn't work!! What a horrible waste of money! Avoid this place. They butchered the bottom of our fifth wheel, ruined a screen, charged us $1100 and never fixed the clogged toilet. Called a mechanic from Keystone who fixed the problem in a hour and said he was amazed at Master Techs incompetence. Master Tech RV is a fantastic place to have repairs done on your coach no matter the age of the unit they can fix your issues. We had a left front steer tire explode and cause a lot of damage to the coach and Master Tech was able correct all issues involved with the accident. We have been going to Master Tech for five years for oil and filter changes and repairs for items that just plain wear out, and have been more than impressed with the repair crew. J. We came by MasterTech last summer to get some work done under our bus. The shop was incredibly friendly. We loved how they let us stay in our rig and observe all the work being done, getting all our questions answered. Just left the Master Tech RV Service and Renovation shop in Elkhart, IN where we had our old, failing Norcold 1201 absorption refrigerator replaced by a 18+ cu ft residential unit. The artists (Tim call's them Techs) at Master Tech did the job on the 2004 Winnebago Adventurer, 38R in such a professional manner that you would believe in was in the coach since new. We would recommend Tim, owner and all of his outstanding workforce for a similar mod in any RV, or, in fact, any mod inside or out. His shop is not huge like Camping World or other national shops, but he can handle any RV job. Give him a call at 866.895.4556 to discuss your needs and wants. read more

BEWARE: We signed a bid from Master Tech RV Services in Elkhart, IN for time and material to have the floors redone in our 2002 Dutchstar. When the work was completed we were not completely satisfied with everything that was done and expressed our concerns to Josh and the technicians. When we received the final statement it was not even close to the original bid. We did change the type of flooring that we wanted installed but were assured that we could have it for the same price. When we received the final bill we were charged an additional $576 for the flooring. We were also charged the upper range limit on the number of hours that was written on the bid for each job plus an additional 9.45 hours for an additional charge of $614.25. The Adura Plank flooring that Master Tech installed had larger seams than we thought reasonable and Master Tech's solution was to fill the seams with caulk. The seams of the underpayment are raised and are visible on the planking. The new carpet Master Tech installed on the slide did not lay flat on the floor. Master Tech promised in writing that it would be replaced and when we returned to have the work done, the owner of Master Tech RV Service, Tim Klenk, refused to replace it but did fix it in a way that was unacceptable to us. I could go on but the final rub was the fact that the owner of Master Tech RV Service, Tim Klenk, refused to meet with us face to face and hear our concerns. Master Tech is an example of poor customer service and misleading quotes for time and material. Tim does not appear to care if you are satisfied or not, especially after he has your money. Do not take Master Tech for their word and do not believe their bid!
