After several yrs, we had out roof replaced. NO structural changes, just roof and replace fascia in kind. Contacted to reinstall gutters that were removed. They inform me that my layout has changed (it has not) and wanted to sell me new gutters at almost double what I originally paid. Already received other quotes to reinstall... I called and quickly was able to reach someone right away, and someone (Nelson I think) came next day for an on-site estimate. He was quick, polite, and brought samples. After contacting a couple additional companies, we decided on them not only due to price, but customer service and availability when calling them. I was told the workers would arrive at ten am after stopping off for materials. 10:15 I text the company and ask what time the workers are coming. I was told that that they have an inspection and will be coming over after lunch. I told them the day before that they could come early because I needed to go to work at 2pm They said don't worry I don't have to be home for them they know what to do. I told them there was NO WAY I would allow anyone to work around my property (especially gutter/ladder work) if no one was home. Thanks but I'll find someone else. All of a sudden now the workers can come now and I'll get $100 off the quote. I asked them when they were going to tell me that they wouldn't be coming until after lunch. I got no answer. If you need any kind of seamless rain gutters, rain chains, etc., MasterPro Rain Gutters company is the way to go. Prompt to respond, quick estimates and service when local companies were claiming to be out of materials, and had dates months away. MasterPro came out for estimate the very next day. Installation date was within weeks (due to my schedule) of estimate approval. Final work product was superior and way beyond my imagination. The installer team lead (Juan) went above and beyond to make sure the gutters, downspouts, and rain chains will function for the rain that we get in South Florida. This review is based on customer service only, not on product quality. I contacted them over Facebook and scheduled an appointment for a quote. The person that came was excellent, very knowledgeable and the pricing was good. I called them once again to set up and appointment, I was told they would be here at 9 AM. On the day of the appointment I got a call early in the AM from the person who gave me the quote asking me for the color I wanted and told me the crew would be at my house in 30 mins. Fast forward 2 hours (11:00) and no one had showed up, I called the guy an he said the crew would be at my house soon. Fast forward another 2.5 hours (1:30)and I was still waiting. I sent a text saying that I didn't want the services anymore and I got a call from the owner starting that his crew would be at my door in 30 min. Fast forward another 1.5 hours and nothing so I sent another text stating that I didn't want their services. The owner called and stated that his crew would be in my house in 5 mins but by then I was just too tired of waiting. UPDATE The owner contacted me directly and stated what the problem was on that day. Unfortunately I had already chosen a different vendor to do my Gutters. read more

Very happy with the rain gutter installation and the overall customer service. They came out a couple days after I called for a free estimate, and then installed the gutters the following week. They recommended that I install 2 downspouts, but I wanted to try with only one. They were right, I had an issue with water not fully draining, so they came back right away to reassess the solution, and decided to install another downspout. The gutters are now working great and look good. I highly recommend this company, if the 5 star rating didn't already tell you that. read more

I highly recommend Master Pro Rain Gutters. Mario Uria is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was very easy to communicate with by always returning your calls. He even drove to a nearby house with me so I can show him the exact gutters I wanted. They were black seamless modern gutters and he was able to get me the same exact ones for my house. The price was fair compared with other companies. The gutters look amazing. They did a beautiful job! GREAT experience with Master Pro. I work till late and am very difficult to catch at home but Master Pro was SUPER accommodating. I trusted them to go to my home to take the measurements without me being present, they provided me a reasonable quote immediately following the visit. I released them the following day and my gutter was installed the day after that without me having to be present or give a deposit. I was told not to worry about it, that I could inspect the work whenever I got home and just call the following day to make payment arrangements if there was no problem. I paid by phone the next day and was assured a 5yr warranty on the gutter and install. I wish more companies were this honest and accommodating. read more
