5 STAR SERVICE!! My…read morefamily is in the process of selling our home, and we needed to take care of several piles of limbs, trimming of a tree in our front yard, and have some dirt added around our house to firm up some soil that had washed away over the last couple of years. After looking through some options online, I decided to give Pro Turf a try because they feature an online/text quote service. Luke and the team over at Pro Turf Lawn Care was AWESOME! I absolutely hate having to talk to someone on the phone to order services - (maybe that is how the yard got to be so rough!) - so having the ability to simply snap a few pictures, text them to Luke, and get a quote back in minutes was awesome! This team understands that people don't want to be upsold or strung along in ordering services - they get right to business and handle exactly what you need to have done. Their quote was reasonable and they were quick to answer any and all questions I had. They even gave me some tips on how to keep the yard from getting this bad again at our next house! I could tell they were professional and cared for every part of my home. They arrived quickly, cleaned up any mess that was made, and were super friendly. I definitely encourage you to check out Pro Turf Lawn Care if you need any yard work or updates done. If anything, check out their website's easy quote feature - I think they are ahead of the game in making this process quick and easy. Check them out!

I left for Seattle and send a text at 3:30 reminding him of appointment & that I wasn't at home. He phoned then saying he would be over in 5 minutes. He came & did the work that afternoon while I was gone. He didn't trim 1 tree like I wanted but corrected it when he arrived next night at 6 PM to collect his pay. He did a good job after all and charged a reasonable amount but it didn't make up for my anxiety of the missed appointments. Not sure if I would hire him again.

Have had them out multiple times to help with different scenarios:…read more First time was on a recommendation from our neighbor to take care of a dead or dying hemlock. The tree was striking distance to the house, but their skilled climber chunked it down easily. They were aware of things that could be troublesome or damaged. No complaints. Second time, we had a tree come partially down, causing some damage to our deck. It was a precarious situation, but Steven came out, assessed, and started making a plan to try to do as little damage as possible. There was talk that we may have to cut the wire fencing I had to avoid causing more damage to the fence. Again, it was a very precarious situation and there were few options for safely dealing with the problem. They managed to take down the tree without causing any damage to the fence, cleaned up the branches, raked the front yard where they had been cutting the branches up, stacked the rounds neatly. and left everything else where we had discussed. A different reviewer complained about messy trucks and smelling marijuana. I honestly don't care about either of those things. The proof is in the pudding, and they were able to take care of the problems, have a good attitude, and move out quickly. Some members may be less social than others, but so am I. You may also consider that while you might have things done you want "your way," you may want to listen to the experts and let them handle things the right and safe way.
