She told, she can do, she is very professional and have a license and insurance and I trusted her. On my appointment day, she gave me a lot of information. Her knowledge was excellent. Her prices is not so cheap and too expensive. So I was glad to find her. After my procedure was done, my eyebrows was look amazing. But after 2 week they starting loose color, (80%) changed shapes and right now I have 4 eyebrows. Horrible looking. I am immediately contacted her about what I have right now, send her a lots of pictures. She said I need to do touch up. I asked her how come?..on my appointment you told me my eyebrows will be good for 5 years. She told me that her goal is to keep clients from coming back every 2-3 years. All she said was bullshit. Plus she refused my touch up appointment. She told me she is not right technician for me. If you not right for me. Why did you take this job before? I spend $300.00 at her salon and give her a tip $40.00. After refusing my appointment for touch up. I asked her give me a full refund. $300.00 and you can keep a tip $40.00 for your time. Because you job was not finished. I have to spend right now from $750.00 - $1,500 00 to fix my eyebrows. Plus I asked her about her experience she told me 2 years. I check online when her business was register and its was less when a year. Plus I asked her send me a picture of her license, because I am not sure now if she has a license. After all my questions and my suggestions to resolve the problem she starting ignoring me. My friend stay away from her salon.
