The installation took approximately 12 hours, and when I inspected the vehicle the following morning, the quality of the work was unacceptable. The tint had multiple visible defects, and it was clear that the installation was not done to a professional standard. After I contacted Johnny about the issues, he agreed to correct the problems. I brought the truck back to his shop, but instead of properly fixing the installation, he removed the tint from both front windows and the windshield, leaving only the rear tint in place. He then stated that he would provide a refund. The refund process took nearly a week, and despite paying $650, I was only refunded $200. In my opinion, the remaining work does not justify keeping $450, especially considering that a significant portion of the tint had to be removed due to poor workmanship. What made the experience even worse was Johnny's attitude when I discussed the refund with him. Rather than addressing my concerns professionally, he became rude and used profanity during our conversation. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Frank and Sons Window Tint. The quality of the work, the handling of the refund, and the customer service were all extremely disappointing.
