Highly recommend All Aces Auto Glass! Thursday I called my insurance company to report a cracked windshield on my SUV- by 8:30 Friday morning it was fixed! I called my insurance company late in the afternoon on Thursday. When they went to set an appointment for repair with Safelite the first available appointment was over a week away. This was just the 2nd time I had ever experienced a cracked windshield and the rate the crack seemed to be advancing was alarming. I assumed in a week if not sooner it would shatter in on me. I know this now not to be the case. Additionally I love my car and driving it with a cracked windshield simply wasnt acceptable. Like I mentioned 2nd time- 1st time I remembered receiving fast, efficient, timely service so... I called that guy! "All Aces" is owned/operated by that same gentleman who previously provided excellent service for a different glass company. I probably shouldn't mention the name...Safelite. Sean and another crew member from All Aces were at my house to replace the windshield by 7:30am the very next day! Amazing! Repaired in less than 24 hours! Professional, friendly, prompt! The best customer service hands down. I had a unique situation where I needed my windshield removed last minute and a new one installed the next day. Shaun was happy to remove my windshield at 3pm on the 4th of July no less. Furthermore, the guy that tints my windows wanted the windshield at his place so he could tint it. Shaun from All Aces came through again and delivered the new windshield the next day to Yuma Auto Spa then came back in an hour to install the new windshield. He pointed out some issues with the previous install and showed me how he would rectify them. I'm not a person who usually reviews businesses, but All Aces Auto Glass exceeded every expectation I had. I called them on Friday afternoon 10 minutes before they closed, and they informed me on how to check if my insurance would cover replacement. Once I sent the request via insurance, they called me back immediately. I sent photos of my windshield and they ordered the glass to arrive that night and set me up for an appointment at 0800 on Monday. They were incredibly professional and personable. They arrived at my house early and finished replacing my windshield in under an hour. If anyone is considering any other company, you are making a mistake. These guys did amazing work & fixed the mess of the last windshield install that someone else did!!! They were professional, punctual, perfectionist, and their customer service was over the top!!!
